Like Elmer's glue? Glob it on then peel the paste - it's supposed to pull the splinter out.

I know fat back works on drawing out glass. My grandmother used it on my foot years ago. It was amazing. That glass had been in my foot for weeks - I was afraid to tell because I knew my father would try to dig around with a needle to get it out.
