forced a lot of businesses to put up their employees in Manhattan overnight.

If they'd told me that I had to front the hotel bill, they'd have gotten a very big "No thank you" from me. There's no way I could have afforded that back then.

Nope - they found a hotel and pre-paid all the rooms from a corporate account. None of us had to use our own credit cards. That's the way it should be done.
