It wasn't just replacing floors. It was installing floors. All that was there when I moved in was concrete.

When I first bought the unit in July, the home inspector informed me of mold damage in the unit. It looks like the mold was caused by the pipe that comes in through the shared hallway wall into the AC unit. The company I contacted about mold remediation, blahblah, has asked me to contact you just to make sure we get all of the proper paperwork taken care of before they start their work.
