The one that's flooded?

The white building at the east end (in the picture where they show it absolutely flooded) 125 Broad Street, that's where I worked until I quit to go to grad school in 1993.

That tunnel was not there in 1993. So, again, when was it built?

On another note, in 1992, we had a really bad Nor'Easter that flooded the banks of the East River. Our building's basement was flooded, and we were out of power for about a week.
