My mom and I are splitting a bottle of wine. And I had a hurricane at dinner.

Anyway.

She told me that she thinks the storm is because America has turned away from God and that we should all read Revelations.

I think I might need more than this bottle of wine. :(

(I drank 3/4 of a bottle on Saturday, when we were stuck in Ocean City and the topic of gay marriage came up. It was a very intense conversation and I think I needed to be more drunk for it.)

Don't get me wrong, I love love love my mother but I really cannot talk religion or politics with her at all.
