It may have Benedryl, I didn't check.

For me it is shutting off PC and either reading a bit or watching something 'fluffy' while eating peanut butter and crackers before bedtime.... makes me drowsy.

I usually only have that 'secondary insomnia' like you mentioned when I am stressed.
