...has anyone ever done it before? So curious how it's going to turn out!

I bought the noodles, but I'm adding ginger and garlic, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, spinach, corn, mushrooms, and water chestnuts to the broth. My stomach has been off lately, so I'm sticking to vegetarian.

Also? For dessert, I made vanilla bean roasted pears and peaches.

I need to open my own catering company, right?
