This time, I haven't seen any notice that they will do that, which is ironic since they are headquartered in NYC.

I am not sure if I haven't seen a notice go out because of the hurricane, and the PR office is down, or what.

I am not sure if I should go ahead and donate now or wait until next week when the NY office is up and running again, and hopefully they will send a notice that they will match funds if you donate.
