To me, it was stealing because they knew the money wasn't their's and they knew who it belonged to and still kept silent. If they'd found the money lying in the middle of the street with no other team in sight then, ok, take it. But knowing who it belonged to and still keeping it was stealing to me.
I think there should be a penalty against something like that. Because what is to now stop other teams from purposely taking someone else's money to screw with them?
