This is the second longest I was stuck on a train. The lightning strike day it took me a little bit less time, but not much. The longest was right after I had gotten past the morning sickness stage of pregnancy. ANd I was on a 9:15 pm or 10:15 pm train - so you can imagine that it was a lot of random people, and not regular commuters. My train hit someone. When we stopped, the first car was 50 yards off the back of the Deer Park platform. But they couldn't move up because of the investigation AND because of shutting down power to the third rail. AND, because they shut down power, the bathrooms stopped working.... but people kept using them.
It. Was. MISERABLE!!!
