at the Capitol building should we tear that down? The DC sniper shot and killed a woman in the parking lot of the Home Depot I go to. I don't see the point of ever tearing down something that isn't damaged. And when I lived in College Park, MD, a young man was stabbed to death in the theater that I would go to and I still went to it.
