It hurts when you love someone, they don't love you and they choose someone else. It hurts a lot.

Which is why the idea that she's Aunt Robin and they're still friends is insane. Ted could never be friends with Robin. He needs to make a clean break to regain his sanity.

I'm sad it would mean Ted losing Barney though. I love them.
