I particularly marvel at that woman who was upset about an employee who was freshly out of school and whose pay kept getting messed up -- she thought she was entitled.

Guys, you aren't PAYING her.

I had a terrible boss a few years ago and nearly wrote in -- but then we ended up having an HR review and she got fired. Yay, process.
