I have their $120 membership. I get at least $0.30 off a gallon for gas, plus I get 2% back. Then I also have their visa card, and I get 4% back from gas / 2% back for Costco purchases.

Last year, I got back $137 from the visa card, and $25 from the Costco membership...so it pays for the membership and I get cheaper gas.
