frozen veggies taste much better than canned veggies. The exceptions that I will buy canned are sauerkraut, corn and various beans (pinto, black, garbanzo, etc but never green string beans. They are great fresh and fine frozen but meh canned). Corn is better fresh or frozen but okay canned in a pinch.
