like that. Other times, especially with The Dark Tower and books that take place in Castle Rock, the connection is real.

I read The Shining in 2015, but I don't remember much about it because of Kubrick's vastly different movie, and the same goes for Doctor Sleep, the sequel. I think I enjoyed both.
