Then other people discovered how good they were and frequently they'd be sold out. Now if I want a scone, I go to a local(ish) bakery and get one of their amazing maple oatmeal scones. I've also discovered my favorite cafe, which is right here in town, occasionally makes scones. Their espresso scone is AMAZING.
