any chili except really spicy chili. "Regular" chili, chili made with salsa, Cincinnati chili (had cinnamon in it), white chicken chili, with beans, without beans (though Texans will argue that chili with beans isn't chili <g>), turkey chili, vegan chili, canned chili...yeah, I'm a fan.
