so many temptations out there. I have to admit Wahoo + no job right now + a raging sweet tooth + a tendency to eat when bored = gaining back most of the weight I lost in 2021 and kept off in 2022 and a lot of 2023 :-( I had a modest goal at the beginning of the year to lose 20 pounds by May...that's probably not going to happen barring an illness, which would NOT be how I wanted to lose weight.
