it seems like she underwent preventative removal of an area in her abdomen - i immediately thought of a hysterectomy. I'm very sad to learn she had cancerous cells in her biopsies, but if it was ovarian or cervical cancer and the docs are prescribing chemo as precautionary, then maybe it was very, VERY early.

i wish her all the best. cancer is a horrible disease and with kids, it has to be so frightening.
