will be planned (weather permitting). Sometimes 2 or 3 options will be offered as ages range from 5 to mid 80's. I can also see a day where everyone just goes and does their own thing, coming back to the rental cabin for dinner/supper.

We've got a group of 16-20 (my best estimate) staying the cabin, with a handful staying elsewhere. Planning and communication are key, but so is some flexibility when dealing with a large group of varying ages.
