She made an exception the year I was born; my siblings--then 14 and 13--wanted to "take Vicky out for her first Halloween". I was only 7 weeks old at the time...can't say I remember much about it. According to family story, my siblings scored a TON of candy because of the cuteness factor.

OTOH, there was a year when I had two teens come around with their itty bitty baby...I just felt a little sad that these babies had a baby of their own.
That is sad. They are too young to be parents.
