Yeah. Although early interviews made it seem like Tim didn't plan for these two to be endgame. The way they told it made it feel like these two were far away from a breakup.
Unless a swerve is coming and they end up doing Buddie. *shrug*
They have been throwing down so many clues that Eddie is straight that even though Buddie fans are cheering the breakup of BuckTommy, they're completely ignoring that it feels like they also slammed the door on Buddie as well.
For no reason whatsoever, they had Eddie point out that he is straight. He also was reading a woman's swimsuit magazine in the previous episode.
The signals seem loud and clear. However, I thought it seemed obvious BT would survive this past episode and that isn't the case.
And since he did Abby as Tommy's ex, which really feels pulled from delusional fan spaces, maybe he'll get desperate and go there.
Although rumor has it that RG doesn't see Eddie as gay or bi which may be why they're not just showing but telling.
And a breakup would be fine if we knew they'd eventually make they're way back to each other but I think Lou/Tommy are gone gone which again, why involve him so much in the 118 family if they were going to breakup. None of Buck's other relationships got involved like that.
