offering sales early to lure shoppers in. My store has been offering our "upper tier" (re: BIG spenders) customers 30% off many items plus deals on "giftables" (travel wraps, slipper socks, earring sets) all week, and starting tomorrow, everyone will be able to avail themselves of the "Black Friday" deal of 30% off almost everything. It almost renders BF obsolete.
