less than ideal was the year I forgot to salt the turkey before roasting. No need to worry this year, the brine took care of that!

And even without the salt that one year, it was so moist and delicious. I won't make a turkey another way.

Although depending on the wine used, sometimes the gravy I make with the drippings gets a little boozy, lol.
