that the quaint town you work in would be unflat (hilly?)since it has waterfalls. I hope they keep the roads clear in that town and leading into it. Regarding the plow service you have prepaid, have you tried calling them and saying something like: “Where is the plowing we paid you to do? If my dad tries to shovel the driveway, he could have a heart attack! And when you leave it unplowed for too long, I have a hard time stopping him from shoveling.”
