I have an Amazon Prime tv, and they were offering a free viewing of Episode 1, so I thought I would check it out.
Does it say this is a little town in Canada? No! Just a small town where everyone knows all about everyone else, and folks keep their doors unlocked in case a friend stops by. But the main character likes her privacy so she keeps hers DOUBLE locked.
while the setting does not scream Canada, the language/phrasing is definitely not what I would associate with American TV. Now, I have not watched a lot of original Canadian programming - for whatever reason, a lot of the shows I'm drawn to are from New Zealand/Tasmania/Australia or rando Irish/Scottish limited run series.
I have to say, a half hour in and I'm intrigued enough to see if I can find the other episodes On Demand!!
