opening weekend and by the time I saw it on the third weekend, it was just us listeners. I knew Cynthia Erivo has a great voice but I had never heard Arianna Grande sing before. I had no idea what a great voice she has. Kinda glad I wasn’t with an audience that was trying to hit those high notes with her. I went through a Rocky Horror Picture Show phase during which we’d go to midnight screenings of that movie and sing along and dance with it. It was fun. So, I get the Wicked singing audience. There was one young girl in the audience dressed as Glinda. I didn’t see anybody dressed as Elphaba in green makeup though.
