😳. Your dad throwing an unwashed sweater into a load of clean, wet laundry; or

Yep. The plan was to wash it separately by hand and let it air dry. M usually wears something under her sweaters--the store is always cold, and she IS 84 after all--but still, a used sweater needs to be washed!

😳. Chico’s getting away with calling it a “cashmere blend” because it is 1% (one %!) cashmere.

Seriously! I could understand maybe saying "a touch of cashmere" but "cashmere blend"? Yeah...just barely. Something somewhat interesting though...I didn't realize how many women are allergic to cashmere. One of my co-workers ("B"- Big Grandma Energy) has sensitive skin and while she's been able to wear some cashmere in the past, this year's crop of cashmere sweaters made her itchy. A few customers told me the same. I really shouldn't be surprised--all sorts of people are allergic to all sorts of animal products--but with all the hype it gets (and how much it costs), I thought cashmere would be safe for pretty much everyone.
