what the culprit is. I'm guessing sugar...I hate to admit it but I can usually feel it in my joints if I've been hitting the sugar a little too hard (which is often <g>).
I would be miserable if I had to give up dairy. I don't mind almond milk or oat milk (soy milk is nasty, IMO), and I don't even mind lactose-free ice cream and yogurt, but I've never tried a non-dairy cheese that I *really* liked. Some were a bit better than others (Viola's line of "just like" cheeses aren't terrible) but none satisfied my desire for actual cheese.
