It’s really just my stupid left hip and knee that are the problem. Everything else is improved by 90%.
Yesterday I did my first of 3 weekly leg workouts that my PT gave me. I also did a pretty intense BODI workout (MBF).
I thought I’d be in pain today but I shuffled around the kitchen making breakfast for my menfolk and I never had to sit and rest my left back and joints!
This is a monumental shift.
Finally tackled my nutrition and OMG I’m so glad I did.
Reintroduction begins March 4. I already know one of my major triggers is added sugar. I think we just start with using some artificial sweetener. I miss it so much. We’ll see!
