and Nickel Boys got lots of love and recognition this year too along with foreign films like Emilia Perez, I’m Still Here and Flow getting nominations outside of Best International Feature. It was a good film year for me. I’m a big indie film fan. I did see and enjoy plenty of bigger Hollywood films too like Wicked, A Complete Unknown and Conclave. The Brutalist is one I have to see yet.
