dairy like yogurt and milk-based salad dressing (blue cheese yum!).
I had TJ's Palak Paneer for breakfast. How I missed it so.
I am wondering if my food sensitivities are more about these packaged foods? I ate too many of them.
I know sugar is a no go, but when I added back others, like grains, I was fine. In fact, on Monday, the day after I had pancakes and bread and something else that I cannot remember, I had more energy than I had had in a while.
I know that low carb diets don't work well for me. W30 isn't keto, but it's pretty low carb. That's probably why I've been dragging.
This Saturday when I'm flying is my last real add back day (soy and peanuts; don't care about adding back beans) - and then when in AL next week, I'll probably do alternate days of W30 and eff it days (except sugar). Because I'll be in the south and yeah, they know how to cook. I am not going to deprive myself every day. I'll also use one day to have a drink and see how I respond.
If I feel like crap when I return, I just do pure W30 for a few days until my body settles down.
