pudding (NOT the instant kind), pour the pudding into a graham cracker shell, cool and top with whipped cream. Doesn't get much easier than that <g>.
My (thankfully now ex-) SIL made "chocolate bar pie". Melt a 16 oz. Hershey bar, add to a container of Cool Whip (thawed, of course) and pour into a graham cracker crust. I didn't like the woman but I can't deny she's a good cook.

I keep meaning to try it...and then I don't. It calls for a pretzel crust but I imagine a graham cracker crust would work as well.
