they are both trying to register new accounts but get an error message, and each have tried to email the webmaster with no success - now we ALL should know that Jeff had a heart attack and probably isn't really focusing on SZ user-accounts, so i'm trying to crowdsource a solution.
does anyone remember the trick about the BROWSER? I feel like the last time someone couldn't get in, they were successful when using a different browser... was that right or did i misremeber? i sometimes do that when i want an easy answer. ha!
