(in a ROW!). I'd specifically requested Saturday off (I close every Saturday night *sigh*) so I could attend a church Christmas party, and I already always have Sundays off. I was a little shocked when I saw I was given Friday off as well. I spent around 2 hours on Friday decorating the house for Christmas, and then I did a fat lot of NOTHING the rest of the day and evening. Saturday, I went to a small artisan Christmas market (nice stuff but nothing I could afford) before I went to the party. At the party, I won one of the games--a holiday "unscramble the words"--and got a lovely gift bag with some neat little stuff, plus a $10 gift card for the local grocery store. After the party, I went to a couple craft stores and picked up supplies to make my co-workers these: Last year, I made full size ones out of 2 liter bottles for Sis and a neighbor. This time around, I'm using Hint water bottles, which conveniently already have lines on them, making it *slightly* easier to cut the bottles evenly.

And then yesterday I missed church because while I was showering, I suddenly got a touch dizzy and headache-y. I think I might have a sinus infection, based on what I've been blowing out of my nose (sorry--TMI!) The dizziness went away pretty quickly but the headache lingered into the afternoon. I watched the Browns lose in disappointing fashion and worked on my holiday craft.

Back to the grind today :-(
