staying up long after the sun has gone down but I have trouble feeling truly awake when I'm up in the morning and it's still dark out.

It's a little wild to me to think about difference between when the sun sets on our "shortest" day in NE Ohio (around 4:30 PM) and when it sets on our "longest" day" (around 9:30 PM). Honestly, after about 8:00 PM, maybe 8:30 PM, I don't really have much use for sunlight.
