We have a few regulars at work who like to hug. I generally hang back; if they walk towards me with arms outstretched, I'll hug but if they don't, I'm happy to let my co-workers accept all the hugs. It's pretty rare I get hugged at work...though a few times, "B" (Big Grandma Energy), who's an ultra sensitive soul, has hugged me when I seemed distraught over a mistake I made or a situation at home (nothing I thought was particularly bad enough to warrant a hug but again, I'm not ANTI-hug...). And a couple of times when *she* was particularly upset about a work situation or a situation at home, I've hugged her. She's definitely a hugger.
