In the August 6 issue of SOD, it features an article about Dr Tim returning to Genoa City. According to the mag, After Ronan subpoenas Beth's phone records, he learns she has been in contact with Tim. He then tracks Dr. Tim down in Mexico and tries to persuade him to come back to Genoa City. At first, Tim is reluctant but Ronan is very "persuasive". The scribe is quoted, Ronan is going the extra mile for Phyllis. Meanwhile Nick is angry because Phyllis continues to lie to him. He's not upset about what she did 20 years ago, but what's going on now. Even though he's proven that he's there for her, she continues to not tell him everything. After Tim comes back to Genoa City he contacts Phyllis and demands that she meets him. Phyllis has no choice but to comply. Though Dr. Tim can't reveal anything while he was seeing Phyllis as a patient, he can reveal intimate details of their relationship since they slept together.
