ROFTL, the priceless horrified look on Phyllis' face at the end of the episode. BTW, today's is MAB last episodes and Josh G. take over tomorrow! But I admit, I am still nervous about JFP being in charge.
So are you celebrating that MAB is gone, or are you going to miss her?
Sony recap here
I just wanted to slap Nick and Victor slamming Adam, then have the nerve to expect his support. Kudos to Adam turning Victor down. I did laugh that Victor admitted that he makes mistake(that's an under statement) Adam was sweet wanting to take Chelsea on a baby honeymoon.
I'm glad that Avery told Nick that she doesn't want them to go any further, after their kiss.
Too much propping of Phyllis(from Ronan/Daniel/Kevin, Avery, etc). I am glad that Chloe pointed out to misguided Kevin, that Phyllis ran down two people and spent 20 years covering that up.
What did you think of Summer and Fen kissing? Summer proved she was a brat all the time, furious that her kiss didn't stop Fen from wanting to call Nick. She was like her mother by acting out(throwing his phone and taking off) Fen returned to CL Patio, relieving his poor mother and telling him that Summer took off.
I really think that Heather shouldn't be prosecuting Phyllis, because she ran down her father. Big conflict of interest. Daniel was great as he understood, that she had to do her job.
Great scenes between Lauren/Michael in the courtroom today. Michael proved he shouldn't be the DA worried about ruining his friends lives in court. If this was real life, it would be conflict of interest and some one else in the DA's office would do it instead. I had to laugh at Michael calling Ronan a good federal agent. A good agent wouldn't lie to protect a suspect, then sleep with her. Lauren was right that Kevin took advantage of situation and crossed the line.
And the writers screwed up when they had Danny mentioning Phyllis raised Daniel. Danny had custody and raised him until he was a teenager.
I enjoyed seeing Paul/Nina/Christine/Paul/Danny together in scenes today. I liked they mentioned it was Ricky that started the trial in motion, after finding evidence that Phyllis was the hit and run driver. And like many viewers, they hoped Phyllis would finally pay for her crimes. But I am afraid they are heading for a big disappointed.
Phyllis once again, showed she had no remorse by attacking Christine in court. As usual, she was putting her self first. And not thinking about Summer, as she claimed. And she was a real witch to Danny and Michael, who only wanted to help her. Daniel was out of line asking Danny to leave. He had to be right to be there.
Heather's opening statement was really good. Leslie throws out there is no single eyewitness placing Phyllis at the wheel of the car of the night of the hit/run. That is true, but they proved she rented the car. And as I said above, Phyllis's face was priceless as Kevin took the stand.
So what did you think of MAB's final episode? Like/Dislike? I would really love to hear from you!
