Exactly! But Victor didn't care, and drop the bombshell on his fragile daughter anyways. He finally told her that Billy knew that he was in LA, and kept quiet. But he got in trouble, for keeping that secret as well. Kudos to Vicki kicking out both men! Don't blame Vicki, for needing time to figure out things with Billy
