I loved Vicki blunting asking Avery if she really care for Nick or just sticking it to Phyllis. I vote the later. Avery lied that she was seeking a relationship with Nick. It was so obvious that she was. Of course, Vicki fell for it and thought Avery was falling in love(ugh)
Enjoyed Noah/Sharon scenes. I enjoyed him telling the truth to his mother.
Don't blame Nick, for being skeptical about Sharon coming back to work, being the Face of Jabot. I don't think she is ready either. Kudos to Cane pointing out to Sharon that her credibility is shot due to unsuccessful tenure at Newman.
