Thank you for watching! Now enjoy the Young and Restless
Entertaining introduction by Christian LeBlanc. I enjoyed his indepth analysis of his character, Michael Baldwin, with clips added. Here is my brief summary. He states, that Lauren/Michael wedding was a pretty big deal. ITA! I enjoyed him talking how moved he was by Michael/Lauren, wedding vows. His favorite thing is that he is so different from who Michael is. First they made him a brilliant attorney. Throw Christine in the mix and he fell in love. He talked about Michael not handling the vunlerablity and powerless that comes with it. Then he went into how Michael descended into madness over Christine. In his obsession, he started to stalking her. "We met again!”. Classic clip shown of Michael seeing the scene with the Michael digging the tunnel in the wall. Michael went to jail for 3 years, then later, they introduce this amazing family. The showed that classic jaw dropping moment Kevin walking into Michael's office. He brought up the closet story and study of his character. We see the clip when Kevin gets beat up in jail. Great scene. He explains next, Victor and Michael complex relationship and and Eric and him can read into it, He points out, in the flashback, there is a great shot of Victor looking into the window, and he couldn’t look Michael in the eye, in order to fire him. Now he goes into Michael/Lauren/Fen Fen situation. He explains how the trust in the couple crumbled. For the greatest of reasons, because they share a son. Both are trying to save their son, in their own way. I loved that he tells us that he wakes up in the middle of the night, jumps into the script, so he can help the audience understand. I love how Christine is so passionate about his character, which he puts so much effort into his acting for us viewers.

"We have to face the fact that something is broken between us." Michael
Poor Michael, my heart just broke for him in that scene. I wanted to slap Lauren for being shocked that he wanted a divorce. What did she expect, after pushing her husband away for weeks Don't blame him if had wanted that first. He did the right thing, by wanting a legal separation. It was definately a wake-up call for Lauren, who broke it off with Carmine again. He creeped me out how obsessed he was with her, then requesting one last night together. The last man that was obsessed with her, tried to bury her alive.
Enjoyed Kevin/Michael scenes discussing the separation. Michael argues it will will force Lauren to decide what she wants(true). Kevin argues ultimatums can backfire, true also. Being a fan of Likey, he also wants them to fight for their marriage. Well, Michael can't do that by himself. Good scene when Michael put the separation papers in front of family photo.
Huge Slap to Chloe for stealing charity trinkets from Mrs. C, to help with the Fisher's money troubles. Kevin looked shocked, she did this! He looked like he didn't want any part of it. Slap again for Chloe justifying they are like Robin Hood. Steal from the Rich and give to the poor. I am sure she will blame MIA Adrianna. I am beginning to think, they let the actress go. She rambles on, they are the poor. Mrs. C payed for Chloe's schooling, gave her a home, etc. This money story is stupid. All they had to do was ask Mrs. C for a loan and everything would be okay. Stupid writing here. Kevin is much better in Michael's story today.
Memory problems continued for Mrs. C today. she forget her lunch with Cane. He suspects the truth, and tricks her to into admit, she forget things. He asks, why should she run from a fight. Kay refuses to see a doctor because she already knows what it is..
Jack and Victor argue about who is to blame. . But finally, Jack nailed it, they are equally responsible. And hell froze over, because both men decided to work together to stop the "bastard" Of course, they argue how to handle the situation. LOL. Victor summons Wheeler. He tells that the hit man didn't hire himself and he is the mastermind. Wheeler asks why he is telling him all this. Like something out of "Murder she wrote" or "Matlock" Jack comes out of the shadows stating they both know that he sent the killer. Great moment. Wheeler lies, they has no idea what they are talking of course. Not surprised he denied it. Jack and Victor demand he stop the madness(March Madness? LOL) Wheeler retorts, he has nothing on him. Victor utters a threat, he has no idea what he is capable of uncovering. Typical Victor here. What did you think of Victor/Jack teaming up today?
"In case you haven't met one before, that's a quintessential politician!"
ROFTL. Thanks for the laughs Paul. That was after, they learned nothing from Wheeler, after questioning him at the station. And we have smart Paul ordering Alex to start digging on what Victor has on that guy. Later Alex has zero luck until he sees a photo online of Wheeler and Stephanie. The light bulb goes off on his head, as he realized he saw her at the club on NYE and figured out she was prostitute. And realized she left with Jack Abbott that evening! The pieces of the puzzles are slowing coming together for our duo. Good! Paul/Alex make a good team. If they work with Jack/Victor, they could bring the senator down!
