Karen asks how was lunch? Neil replies that he didn't eat. She asks if he is sick? Neil replies no. Karen asks what's the matter? Neil says it's Lily. She asks if she is sick? Neil says no, she's not Karen asks if she had an accident or something? Neil says she could call it that. Lily is pregnant.
A stunned Karen asks she is what? Neil announces she is pregnant! Karen asks it's Cane, right? They have only been dating for a few months. How could they let this happen? Neil says tell him about it. Karen asks did she plan it? An offended Neil says of course not! Karen is sorry. She guesses she got to start planning what to do now, right?

Karen has a girlfriend who went through this, and so she can introduce Lily to some of the right people if he want. Neil asks what people?
Karen suggests a support group, people who aren't emotionally involved. She made a mistake, and now she needs to know. Neil retorts that a baby is not a mistake. Karen says that's not what she meant. An angry Neil says she doesn't need advice from people who aren't emotionally involved. Yes, she does. Karen didn't mean that it was people who don't care about her. A livid Neil wants her to listen to him. That is not what he want for her daughter. I thought Neil was a jerk as he walks out and slams the door on poor Karen. I think that a support group would be good for Lily, who is going through a emotionally tough time right now.

Karen offers to come back later, when Neil is working. She wanted to apologize for what she said about Lily. Neil tells her to stop. No apology necessary. He just had his visceral reaction. You know, they're talkin' about his grandchild here. Karen laughs. A stunned Neil says it's going to be a Grandpa. Karen notes that he doesn't look like one. Neil didn't expect he'd be one for a long time yet, right? Change of plans. Karen asks how is Lily feeling about all this? What does she think? Neil says she couldn't get a sentence out. He told her he'd support her and the baby any way he can. Karen points out that even with all of his support, it's going to be really tough being a single mom. For one thing, it's probably the end of her modeling career. Neil states no big loss there, in his opinion. Again, he is not taking in account that Lily might be upset about it.
Karen says there is school, and work. Neil has been thinking about that. Karen was right that

No matter what it is you want, it's ultimately her decision.

She asks if he know that, right? Neil does and she is absolutely right. And, there's a few ways to look at this, okay? And you know what they say,it takes a village to raise a child.

Poor Karen, looks totally stunned and taken by surprise. I know my jaw dropped, when I saw him say that in the preview.
He got a lot of nerve dictating to her, what are they are going to do! Plus ignoring Cane's role as a father. Does he honestly think that Cane would abandon his child?? Jerk!!

Neil notes that they-raise-Lily's-baby thing kind of took her by surprise. That's an understatement! It really grates on my nerves how Neil makes decision without consulting Karen first.
Karen scoffs that she has never been asked to raise someone else's baby before. Neil says it's his daughter's baby. And he shouldn't have blurted that out. No kidding!!
Karen ask if he just blurt it out to Lily, too?
Neil says no, of course not. A disbelieving Karen tells him to come on. They have just barely been living together. Neil knows that the timing couldn't be worse. He also know that he doesn't want Lily to terminate that pregnancy. This isn't the way to handle it, Neil

Well, what about Lily? What does she want? I mean, have you considered how it's going to make her feel, watching us raise her baby? And what about cane? How's he going to feel about this?

Neil doesn't know yet. Kudos to Karen saying than maybe he needs to think about that before he consider stepping in. No kidding! Neil asks "Stepping in"? What is she talking about? Lily's pregnant, he is already all the way in. He thinks it would be good. It would help her to know that she can consider this option. Karen points out that maybe it would make her feel that much more overwhelmed. Neil says if she didn't mean so much to him, if he didn't think so much of her, he wouldn't have asked her. He says come on. She is a strong, sane, loving woman. He know what he is asking is monumental. "But I really believe with all my heart that if we do this, it'll bring us closer together." You got to be kidding me.! He was so out of line with her and I just wanted to slap him very hard. He reminds of TGVN at time by wanting to control his children's lives.

Chloe gasps that Jill just missed him. Jill asks who? Chloe replies that man who just walked past her is Sally Hershberger's protégé. Jill asks the hairstylist? Chloe clarifies celebrity hairstylist. Renée, Julia, Kate. He is as good as she is. He just bought a summer house on the lake with his partner. Get him under contract. Jill says great. Chloe adds before Newman does. Jill says okay, mental note to self, hire hair guy. LOL That isn't what she wanted to discuss with her. It's something else, and it's bigger than hair. Chloe asks if this regarding his expense report, he can explain. Jill replies no, it's about Lily.

Chloe e-mailed him the shots of Lily from the L.A. Shoot. He absolutely loves them and wants to do a test shoot as soon as they can get her in. Jill says time-out. She stresses again she told her want to talk about Lily Now has she noticed anything lately that's. kind of off about her? She asks off, how? Jill says like a lack of stamina. Chloe says if this is regarding how hard she's working, then she takes full responsibility. Yes, she is pushing her, but it's for the good of the company and for her career. Jill doesn't care so much about Lily's career. She cares about her health. Now did she tell her that she was bulimic? Chloe says no. In fact, she denied it. Jill asks what if it is something else? I mean, what if she's telling the truth? Chloe asks what if she's not? She should ask her.
Jill scoffs that she would never confide in her. (A)" I'm her boyfriend's mother, and (B), "I'm her boss." Chloe says good points. A concerned Jill says so she care so much about that girl, both professionally and personally, and she knows something's going on with her. She wants her to make sure she sees a doctor ASAP
I'm so glad that Jill is making sure that Lily is okay. And trying to find out if she is pregnant or not.

Lily meets up with Cane, they kiss as they greet. He asks how did it go with her Dad? Lily sighs it was awful. Cane asks why? What did he say. BTW, I love how he caresses her hand as they talked. Lily says it's not as much what he said, it's how he looked. Cane should have gone with her. A down Lily says no, it would've made it worse. He should've seen the look on his face when she told him she was pregnant. She is such a disappointment to him. Cane is right that isn't true at all. Lily insists it is, because she was there.

Lily asks did he ever tell him the story of when she brought home straight A's? Cane says let him guess. Her parents took out a full-page ad in the "Chronicle." Lily replies no, they took her to King Creamy to celebrate, and she got raspberry swirl, double-dip with sprinkles... and the speech. Cane asks how did that go? They told her "Lily, the world is yours. You can be anything you want to be." Cane states she still can. A realistic Lily asks, with a baby? Diapers and 3:00 A.M. Feedings while she studies for statistics? And what about modeling? She could just completely forget about that. Cane asks what did her dad say? Lily informs that Neil said she decided to keep it, he would raise the baby. And he would do it, too. She mean, that's love. Cane asks what did she say to that? A conflicted Lily just thanked him for being so great about it . " I can't imagine having it, and I can't imagine not. I just wish that we could just go back to before any of this even happened." How childish is that? It's like, how can she have one when half the time she still feel like she is one? Cane states he is responsible for this child. Lily clarifies more like "we." Cane says no! He means he is ready to take responsibility for this child, day-to-day responsibility. Lily asks how does he know that he would be okay with that? Cane just does. Lily points out that neither one of them has any idea what it's going to be like. What if she has this baby, and end up hating her life, and she takes it out on him or on the baby? Cane insists it's not going to happen. Lily says he doesn't know that. She just doesn't feel like she is tough enough or strong enough. Cane will be tough enough and strong enough for both of them.
Lily asks how can he be so sure? Cane states because he knows. When you grow up without parents, you know. Listen, okay?

I respect your father, but if you decide to have this baby, no one else is going to raise my child.

Bravo!! I was so glad to hear that from him. And I loved that he wants to be strong for the both of them. Lily is truly lucky to have him!

Cane ask on the phone to push the meeting back and thanks the person for doing so. Lily realizes that she is taking her away from work. Cane states trust him, this is more important. Lily points out that most guys in his position would be gone. I loved Cane saying "I'm not most guys." Lily knows. Cane says listen to him, if she decides to keep this baby, she will have help. Lily says but the mother is it, you know? Number one. And her grades failed because of modeling. Can you imagine what a baby would do? Cane says they'll figure out a schedule. Lily knows. There is just so many things she wanted to do She wanted to go back to Paris this summer. He tells her that they can go to Paris next year together.
Lily asks Paris with a baby? Lily loves the "me" that she see reflected when she look into her eyes. And she want to be that woman, she does. But she is so afraid. Cane asks of what? Lily admits of disappointing him like he has disappointed his father. I loved Cane saying come here as he just holds her, which she needs right now.

Cane says she doesn't have to decide this today. He had a dream last night. He was back in Australia on the farm where he grew up, and was holding this little boy's hand... and showed him the tree fort he built when he was 10 and the best place to fish in the pond. And he looked up at her, and he realized it was his son, and it made him so happy. Lily said if only he felt as certain as he do. Cane isn't saying any of this to put her under any more pressure. But if she decide to have this baby, he will be theirs in every way. Lily is right that real life isn't a dream.

Cane asks wasn't there a movie a couple of years ago where some guy got pregnant? You know he'd do that for you if I could. Lily chuckles, trust her. She'd let her, but he would look ridiculous.
LOL. Cane would. Lily stresses whatever choice he make is so final And what if she makes the wrong decision? I loved Cane says she'll use her heart and make the right decision. Lily wants him to be 100% honest, okay?
Then we get to heart of the matter as Lily bluntly asks

Are you positive that you want this baby, and not just the romantic idea of it, but the real thing?

He replies honestly

Absolutely. And I will love you, and I will live with whatever decision you make.

I really loved the one and one, Lane had tonight. They were honest, blunt and supportive of each other. That's exactly what a couple in love, should be. And I thought Lily was realistic as she continues to be conflicted about what to do about the baby. Christel and Daniel were just outstanding today.

Adam tells TGVN that Beauty of Nature welcome screen is almost done. He asks when he can see it? Adam replies tomorrow. They are going to shift the primary image every day. First one, an electrical storm in Mojave. Their model's lit with lightning bolts. Victor says interesting. Adam laughs that every day's going to be different. They're going to a rotating series of welcome screens, each with the Beauty of Nature theme. Plus he is moving forward with their eco-friendly spokesperson concept. TGVN ask who does he have in mind? Adam has got four names on a short list right now. Two are actresses. Two are singer/songwriters. Victor asks, who are they?
Adam states that Scarlett Johansson and Stella Monet are his top picks right now. Victor knows Scarlett Johansson, very sexy. What about the other one? Adam says she sings, act, and dates a prince. Victor says that's great. Adam says that paparazzi follows her everywhere she goes. Victor thinks she is very attractive. Adam adds she photographs like a dream. Plus she was eco-friendly before eco was cool. Victor would be careful with celebrities, son. Adam asks why is that, sir? Victor is right that they can be difficult, you know? Adam remarks, what's a little difficulty for millions in sales? Victor says look at that She was arrested, hours ago for drunk driving. Look at that. Adam guesses they have to scratch her off the list. LOL, he tells him to get right on it and he will.

Adam says they're trying to take advantage of the possibilities of viral marketing. Victor asks targeting whom? Adam replies teens and 20-something's through social networks and file-sharing websites. see, the idea is, they create an ad so compelling that it causes them to link their friends to it. Victor says and the friends in turn will... Adam says link to their... Victor adds bring other friends. I see. Well, this is very interesting. Adam states maximum bang for advertising buck. Victor says "You bet." Adam informs him it's all cutting edge, except for one thing. Victor asks which is? Adam replies the name..Beauty of Nature. Give it up, Junior!
I'm glad that Victor said they will not revisit that. Adam tries again saying that a new campaign is the perfect time to reposition. ITA with TGVN that brand name stability is very important to customers. Adam tries the "Let's agree to disagree" until he get back. I liked Victor saying "You pick the battles you can win, son."
Amen! Honestly Adam sounded like a real novice when talking to Victor about the line. Victor never should have took Victoria off the project
He asks when is he leaving? Adam says tomorrow.
He was thinking about moving it up. It would be nice to get back. He misses the pizza. Victor asks if he got friends in NY? Adam says sure, but he doesn't think he'll have much time for that.
Victor tells him to better make time. Learn to make time. Adam says work comes first, sir. Work comes second.
Out in the hallway Adam calls that mysterious person He insists that he isn't stalking "you." Just have to keep track of the one person who did better than him at Harvard. "You know, I will beat you at something someday, and when you do, you'll see it on "mad money." Anyway, he is coming to NY, and thinks it would be really great to see "you." So, let him know. It's been way too long. Hmm, I'm curious if this person is his ex-girlfriend. I believe this is third phone call now.

Nick covers Phyllis' eyes. BTW, I like her red dress today. Phyllis asks Jean-paul from accounts payable? Nick says Mais non. Phyllis says let her see. Ivan from human resources? Nick says not yet. Phyllis teases him it's mad dog. She told him, he can't come around here anymore. Her husband's going be back from his business trip soon. Nick takes his hands off her eyes and asks who is this guy? She informs that Mad dog is the copier repairman, and, see, that's what happens when he stay away so long. Nick asks so no props for selling ad space, keeping them solvent? Phyllis asks dodging Felicia? No. Nick states she isn't his type. Phyllis knows that. She doesn't know that. Nick notes red eyes of jealousy. So that's where his welcome home kiss has gone. It was funny as Phyllis said that she claimed that she lost her contact lens! Nick says she doesn't wear them. Phyllis chuckles, and wants help to get it. Help her find it. As they look under the table, she yells she can't see it LOL. And it was cute as she whispers "this is your welcome home kiss' then kisses him.

Sabrina asks the receptionist where is Nick and Phyllis? Nick says Sabrina as they leave the desk. Nick thought she'd be in NY. Sabrina says change of plan. She was offered a job and accepted. Nick says let him guess, his sister and she is going to be art director for NE. Phyllis says not exactly. Nick asks if she knows about this? Phyllis admits sort of. Sabrina isn't working for Victoria. Sabrina says no, she isn't. She was brought in to curate a private collection. Nick ask whose? Sabrina nervously says his father? Phyllis informs that Sabrina thinks that the first floor of this building would make a great exhibit space. Nick skeptically asks of his building? Sabrina says yes. Would you consider renting? Nick asks to his father? Phyllis, trying to play peacemaker suggests they might run into Victor, Nick. They might run into him, but it's Sabrina who's going be here all the time.

Who are we kidding? This is my father we're talking about. You don't run into him. He runs into you.

Nick knows that Sabrina's right, in theory. Phyllis thinks that first floor would make a great exhibit space? Nick says TGVN has to know that she wants the space, and if he says no, then he looks like a jerk. Phyllis points out if he says no, their next best offer is the Italian restaurant. Nick retorts no, restaurants. They have a 60% failure rate. Whatever happened to the, gift shop lady? Phyllis says that the bank turned down her loan. Nick guesses that Dad is the best option. Phyllis agrees. For what it's worth, she thinks it'd be really cool to have a gallery, or a museum or whatever they want to call it, downstairs. It's a good fit. Nick would be kind of cool to have Dad owing him for once.
Phyllis chuckles, so the answer is yes? I guess it is.

Sabrina asks if she is interrupting? Victor says not at all. Please come, Adam was just leaving. Adam says the list of celebrities-- possible celebrities,keep your mind open, okay? I mean...
Victor notes that seems to be a running theme, keeping her mind open. Adam asks her what does "Beauty of nature" say to her? She says quality. Adam asks but like an old-school kind of quality, right? Sheesh, Adam is a real pest here! ITA with Victor that "I would quit while I was behind." Adam chuckles all right. He will check in from NY. Good to see Sabrina. She says same thing here. Victor says to have a nice trip. Adam will.

She kisses TGVN and says it's especially good to see him. She notes he is so intense? Victor remarks like father, like son. Sabrina says oh, please. Not half as handsome. Oh brother. LOL Victor asks what does she have there? Sabrina says it's actually from one of her NY contacts. It's prints for the upcoming auction. She think he'll like it. He can check it out, no? They chat some French. Her cell phone rings and Sabrina thinks it's Phyllis regarding the space. She says wonderful and look forward, too. Okay, bye.
Victor asks have they greed to rent the space to her. Sabrina says yes. Can she pry a tiny bit?
Victor asks about what? Sabrina laughs, She asks why are they renting from Nick if he owns the building? That doesn't make sense. Victor states that he owns the building. He owns the mortgage.
Sabrina asks if he is aware of this? Victor thinks if he was, they would have heard from him by now. A skeptical Sabrina doesn't know. She just wonder if it's a good idea to have the foundation in his building. Victor asks if she knows what he think? He think she is worried about telling Victoria about them.

Victoria tells Adam that she thought he was going to NY. Adam says tonight. If she is looking for Sabrina, she's in her Dad's office.

Victor says if it will be easier for her, he'll tell Victoria myself. Sabrina insist doing it. TGVN knows her. "She'll be upset at first, but then she'll get used to it, because I think she wants her father and you, her best friend, to be happy." I wouldn't bet the bank on that!

Victoria notes that TGVN had Sabrina working hard already as she puts arms around them. Sabrina says these are from the artist she told her about. She thinks she is going to like it. Victor says this is very interesting. Victoria teases him, ""Interesting." That's TGVN's code word for no. LOL. Victor says no. Victoria laughs. Sabrina says no, it's not. Victoria asks if Sabrina tell him about the space she found? Victor says yes, she did. Victoria says she did. Victoria asks that nick owns the building? Then Victor says that he wasn't going to tell her, at least not yet, but he may as well. He own the building.
Victoria retorts no, he bought it. Victor announces that he owns the mortgage. An upset Victoria ask why would he do that? TGVN justifies because it's a very good business decision. Victoria ask if he has any idea how this undermines him? He sure hell doesn't!
An uncomfortable Sabrina says if she had known that her renting the space would have caused family problems, she really wouldn't have done it. Victoria wants him to look at the position that he is putting her in here. A conflicted Victoria says

If I tell him, I hurt him. If I don't tell him, I hurt him, Dad.

Victor thinks she is overreacting. Victoria retorts she isn't. She tells Sabrina she is sorry, she got her text about lunch. Sabrina asks if she is free? A distraught Victoria is going to go home and be with Reed, if she'd like to come with her. Sabrina says sure. Victor notes that very interesting stuff in here. They speak some French. Sabrina leaves the information. Victor tells Victoria that he owns the loan to that building as a safety net for her brother. All right? Although they don't get along very often these days, he's still his son. He think she would do the same for yours. Great, more justification for his actions(groan) But that was the first blow for Victoria today. Second one, comes later!

Phyllis jokes that TGVN won't duck out on his rent. Nick says true. He is good with this. Phyllis asks about his friend. Nick asks the fashion photographer? Phyllis replies yes, she is definitely quitting her job. Nick says then let's fly her out here. Phyllis replies no. She has a huge job offer with this magazine. If they want her, they're going to have to go to her in NY tonight and woo her Nick sighs and can't go. He just got home. He hasn't even seen supergirl yet. LOL. Phyllis said she will go to NY. Nick asks if she is sure? Phyllis adds that "supergirl" should have some time alone with her dad. LOL. Nick points out that he thought when they started this, they were supposed to spend more time together, not less. Phyllis knows. But when she gets home, they can make up for lost time, because she expect a very, big welcome home. I liked Nick's smile afterwards. LOL.

Adam thinks a celebrity spokesperson,someone current who's already an environmentalist. Nick thinks that's a big shift.
Adam think it'll make the line hip and cool for a whole new generation of consumers. Anyway, if they get a-list names, he is going to expect a-list space in "Restless Style." Nick laughs him and every other advertiser. Adam is thinking feature, okay? "Beauty of nature's search for the perfect celebrity spokesperson." Nick asks what about ticking off the celebrities he rejects?
Adam thinks naming names is why people will eat it up. A skeptical Nick says good luck with that. No kidding. I think that Adam is putting all his eggs in one basket with this celebrity angle. People want a good product, more than anything else. Phyllis will tell Jules that she needs to upload that piece on feathers, all right? Adam is heading to NY tomorrow to meet with his top two contenders. Send a reporter. They won't be disappointed. Phyllis says wait a second. He is going to NY? So is he? Adam notes that's quite a coincidence. Phyllis says yeah. Nicks asks do they have a reporter free to cover Adam? Phyllis says that's doubtful. If she can't get one, she'll just do it. Adam looks uncomfortable.
Nick, clap hands, he doesn't know. Risk it and get her story covered. It's a tough decision.

Sabrina asks how's the little prince doing? Victoria replies, he's sleeping. She says good. Victoria loves that book "The Little Prince." She'll have to read it to him when he's older en François. Sabrina says En français, yes. Bilingual baby, how very 21st century of her. Victoria laughs thanks her. This looks really good. She is starving. Sabrina needs to tell her something. Victoria says sure, what? Sabrina says it's not simple. A concerned Victoria asks what is it? She isn't sick, is she? Sabrina says no, she isn't. She moved here to curate what could become an important collection, right? But she also involved with someone. Victoria asks here? Sabrina says yeah. A happy Victoria says great. Shy didn't she tell her? Sabrina tried to. A guilty Victoria was so involved with her own life, she didn't even give her the chance. She is so sorry, she apologize. Sabrina says no...that's. Victoria asks does she know him?
Sabrina announces to Victoria, it's her father. She looks stunned, priceless moment.
She manages to says she is involved with her father. Sabrina does the old "it just happened. Victoria is right than things like this doesn't just happen. She made a choice, then she acted on that choice. Sabrina says her father is brilliant, charming and thoughtful. A disgusted Victoria tells her to stop. She doesn't want to hear this. She know that. Victoria nailed that she lied and sneak around and has a affair with her father? Sabrina denies that it's an affair. She asks if he loves her? Sabrina doesn't know. They didn't specifically talk about that. LOL as Victoria says guess what? It's an affair. Sabrina says no, it's more than that. Vicki, trust her. And she has tried to tell her several times. She didn't because she is a coward. Ditto for Victor

Sabrina, in a nasty tone, says okay. She gets it. She had a lot of nerve giving her attitude to her as she leaves. Victoria looks very upset more than before. Don't blame for being furious at Sabrina! I thought that Ameila showed the right amount of disgust, outrage and shock toward her "friend" today.

Scene 6
Restless Style Building

TGVN asks how are they? Phyllis says really great. Victor asks how is his granddaughter? Phyllis says she is terrific, a genius and taking up a storm. Victor says good. Phyllis says he should come by. Victor will do that. Meanwhile, he had his attorney look at the contracts. Everything seems to be in order. He wanted to deliver it himself. Nick appreciates the gesture. Victor says professional courtesy. Phyllis supposes they'll be seeing him here and there. Victor says they're beginning work downstairs very soon. Phyllis says terrific.
And he is very excited that they have a gallery coming in, right? Nick says yes. Phyllis says it'll be terrific. TGVN says he must say he is impressed with this. They did a good job, and Phyllis thanks him. Victoria says nice to see both of them. Have a nice day. Phyllis says that was good She thinks he did the right thing. Nick ask for whom? She maybe it'll bring them closer.
Nick doesn't know about that, but he likes her optimism. Nick gets a call from an Victoria(unseen. He asks guess who just left his ivory tower and brought his signed lease.She is talking to fast and can't understand her. He asks what is wrong and agrees to come over. Phyllis asks what is going on? Nick doesn't know, but she sounded upset. Phyllis will go with him. Nick says no, she stay. He'll call her.

Final Scene
Hellstrom Cottage

Nick goes Vick, yo! Victoria says shh, Quiet. Reed's sleeping. Nick says sorry, she sounded terrible on the phone. What's up? Victoria says he is not going to believe this. Her "so-called friend" Sabrina is having an affair with TGVN.
A surprised Nick asks that Sabrina is sleeping with Dad? A disgusted Victoria says please. Don't even say that. Nick says how does she know this?
Victoria says she told her. She guess this is why Dad gave her this job. He gave it to her to keep her in town. Ditto. Nick casually says that sounds like their father. Victoria ask why doesn't he look upset? Nick points out it's Dad. You know he likes younger women. Victoria retorts not this much younger. This is her friend. Nick realizes when they showed up at the prelaunch party, they were really on a date.
An upset Victoria says they both hid it. She whispers how could Sabrina do this? Nick tells her whatever is happening between the two of them has nothing to do with her. Victoria retorts oh really? And how would he like it if mom was dating one of his friends? Would he like that? A disgusted Nick doesn't want to think about that. Victoria says she also knew how much she wanted Mom and Dad to get back together. Nick is right, that's a lost cause. Victoria says that's not the point. She knows much better.
Nick suggests maybe she was taken in by the rich and powerful VN. Wouldn't be the first time.
Victoria says Mom and Dad, he means. Nick rest her case. Victoria notes her father was a diplomat. No, that can't be why. Nick tells that she just need to accept it, that, Sabrina's going to be around for a while. Victoria ask why does she say that? Nick doesn't think Dad's going to a kick her to the curb anytime soon. Look, dad doesn't give a damn what they think. He never has. He never will. She just need to make peace with that. Victoria ask like when he made peace when he hides things from him? Nick ask such as? She drops the bombshell holding the commercial paper on his building. A stunned Nick asks what? Victoria is sorry, she shouldn't have said anything. Nick says no, tell him. She informs that the "Restless Style" building. He is paying his mortgage to TGVN. He obtained the paper from the bank. Nick sighs and laughs, wow. And he just, forgot to mention it to him

Just like Sabrina forgot to mention it to me. Well, why don't you try making your peace with that?
