I was worried about Jack near the end of the episode, when he seemed lonely and was doubting his decision. Stay firm in your decision, Jack! Don't let that witch come back in!

At the restraunt, Jeffery asks hair of the dog? Alistair says small gerbils seem to have set up their little wheel inside his head. LOL. Jeff retort it's a called a hangover. He was pickled last night. Alistair prefers to call it "festive." LOL. Jeff asks really? That's what he calls passed out in his wife's bed covered in drool? LOL. Alistair claims that he doesn't. Jeff wants to know what he was doing there, Wallingford? Alistair replies that a gentleman does not kiss and tell.

Meanwhile in her bed, Gloria wakes up calling Jeffery, then groan Alistair. She mopes, Jeffery as she eyes the near empty wine glass. I think she has indeed fallen for him.

Alistair says Gloria, his little sunshine. Jeffery does his "Gloria, his petunia, his potato blintz. A fed up Gloria says isn't playing these games. Not before she had her coffee. Alistair says wonderful. He has a table for two. Would she join him? And he must say, she looks glowing and last night was magical. Jeff asks with curiosity, magical? Or a mere illusion?
Gloria isn't having this conversation. Jeff asks why? Guilty conscience? Gloria needs time to think alone. Alistair stealing some of TGVN's words"You got that, Bardwell? Alone." Gloria thanks him. At least he understands. Jeff bluntly understands too. She moved on? Fine, so will he. Gloria asks meaning what? Jeff states this farce of a marriage is over. He'll file for divorce immediately, and they both know what that means, don't they, "my little kumquat?" A tired Gloria stuns him by saying, do what he got to do, Bardwell, as he walks off. I wish he would, but it won't.

Michael wishes Lauren, good morning. He informs that was Jack's attorney. He thinks that he can make the suit and countersuit disappear by, what was it? "Reaching an equitable settlement on this minor matter." (He chuckles, well, no justice,no peace. That pompous blowhard has got to pay in a court of law. What? as Lauren gives him a look!

Michael is on the phone, saying that they need to depose the emergency room doctor, and he wants to bring in two experts on spinal injuries, oh, and a structural engineer, so they can examine the staircase at the Abbott Manor. It's an old house. It may not be up to code. He knows they have other cases. This is priority one. Is he being understood? Michael asks what as Lauren just looks at him. Lauren didn't say anything. Michael asks does she him to drop the case. Lauren asks if he want the sports? Michael asks is Fenmore still dreaming about taking Summer to the junior prom? Lauren hasn't heard a peep. Michael notes like mother, like son. He'll see her tonight. Lauren tells him to take the sports. As he leaves, Lauren's silent disappoing demeanor suggests to Michael that he drops the case.

Jill asks did he have a fruitful night? Alistair jokes as in be fruitful and multiply? Jill says stop it. He knows exactly what she is asking him. What does Jeffrey have hanging over Gloria's head? Alistair passed the evening with the two of them, and perhaps this is going to take a little time. Jill is right, he is stalling. Alistair says no, Madam. These matters require finesse. Jill scoffs something, apparently, he doesn't posses. All right, that's it. Time's up. Buy himself a copy of "backstage." Out with him, audition well. He tells her, wait, just two days. Jill bluntly says no, he had his last curtain call. Alistair but there is one thing she might possibly want to hear. Jill states substance. Alistair read people quite well. And he has have watched Bardwell very closely. And he suspect that he finds you far more fascinating than Gloria. By the look on Jill's face, she doesn't buy that bull either!!

It funny to hear Alistair singing "Ah, ah, ah, ah. Jill asks old Macdonald's Farm? Alistair says no, his vocal exercises. He has to take care of this instrument. A ticked Jill says he is going to be taking care of that instrument on the sidewalks if she doesn't get some answers. Now, what makes him think that Jeffrey finds her fascinating?
Alistair replies a certain way that a man looks at a woman. Jill didn't get that from him at all. Alistair claims but he is a trained thespian, sensitive to nuances, vibrations. Jill states no vibrations, Alistair. Nice try. Alistair says he is just resisting because Sir Jeffrey is a cad. But many, women find that exciting. Jill bluntly says this woman ain't buying what he is selling. A worried Alistair asks she is going to cut off his funds? Jill says Alias! Finally Alistair pulls out his card, perhaps then he will delve into the time that Bardwell threatened Gloria. Jill asks threatened?
Alistair reveals that they had a terrible argument and he said something about having the power to put her behind bars. Jill, looking like she hit the jackpot, tells Alistair it's his lucky day.

Michael says tell him whatever his expert witness fee is, he'll double it. Yes, that's right. He want Jack to wish he'd never heard of the word "stairs." Okay. At this point of watching, I was getting really irritated with Michael
Jeff asks Michael if he has seen his mother today? Michael says no, which makes it a good day so far. LOL. A concerned Jeff is worried about her. She's not herself. Michael remarks that would be a bad thing, huh? LOL. Jeff says he should know, they're parting ways, divorce. So he need a good attorney. Can he recommend one that's not him? Michael asks suspiciously divorce? And that's all he has in mind? Jeff reports that she took the news hard. Anything he and his brother can do, maybe take her in for a few days. Michael retorts no, she already asked about that. What's going on here, exactly? Now he is her champion?
Jeff is concerned about her. Now might be a good time to have her move in with him. Sheesh!! Give it up, Jeffery. Michael firmly says no. Even if they think he is monster. He would be happy to recommend an attorney, if all he has in mind is ending the marriage. You know... if he is so concerned about her, you know, never mind. They are beyond him. Let's keep it that way.

Kevin asks Gloria if she is hungry? Turkey club is today's special. Gloria announces that Jeffery is filing for divorce. LOL as Kevin said, "Well, I'm sorry, but we're out of that. How about a ham and cheese on rye?" He says she know what this means, don't you? He's going to the cops. Gloria doesn't know, probably. Kevin says call Michael. Gloria says no, plenty of time for that. Kevin says he is going to call him. Gloria calls him a good son(no kidding) Kevin says if he is going to try and send her to prison, then.. I loved her saying maybe it's where she belongs. That's what I think too! Kevin says she doesn't meant that. Gloria states she does.

Maybe it's time for me just to accept what's coming to me. I mean, I couldn't be more miserable. A good long stint in the slammer is exactly what Gloria Baldwin Fisher Abbott Bardwell Bardwell needs.

Gloria tries to talk to Michael, but he tells her to zip it. She says okay, but she really. Michael bluntly says No, no, no. There are no buts this time. Lauren was knocked unconscious. Fenmore and he almost lost her all because of some sick joke Jack was trying to play on her. If ever there was a man who deserved to be sued, it's him. Gloria is right that it's all her fault. Michael says partly, it is. That's true too, because Lauren never should been there at the mansion, thanks to Michael's scheme.
Gloria retorts no, she is talking about the way he is going about this. Hell bent on payback.

You remind me of me. Ask yourself one thing. Why is this lawsuit so important? Is it really for Lauren and Fen? Is it even about them at all?

No, it's revenge against Jack, plain and simple! Gloria's words seem to hit Michael hard here. Gloria spoke the blunt truth here, and I think she finally got through to him.

Gloria asks can they can talk for a minute? Doesn't he think this distance is just a little bit silly? Jeff retorts finding another man in her bed tends to create a little distance. Gloria ask really? And what about your sexy little kimchee in her living room? Jeff and Gloria both asks "Why do you care?" Silly, the both do.
Jeff notes it's just as well their marriage is ending. It's not like there was ever anything between them, right? Gloria guesses he is in the position to know Alistair interrupts is this cad being difficult? Gloria says always. She is fine. Jill think they should leave them alone. They're probably having a romantic dinner? Jeff informs that Gloria and has decided to part ways.
Gloria says it's for the best. Jeff asks Jill to care to join him in a bite to eat? Gloria says ha! Don't look at her. Have fun. Alistair and her will be ordering room service. After they leave, Alistair says his little pet, shall they start with, raw oysters and a little chilled champagne?
Gloria notes sounds lovely. She'll be up in a moment. She keeps on leading Alistair on by giving him false hope!!

A down Michael enters his home. Lauren says oh boy. That's his limp helium balloon face. Michael claims he is just tired. Lauren asks tough morning? Michael admits that Gloria said something chilling. She said he acted like her.
Lauren says interesting. Michael tells her this lawsuit, it's for her and Fen. She believe that?
Lauren believes that he does. Michael doesn't know. Maybe he did inherit some vengeance gene. Or on some level, He is still riding to Gloria's rescue. That's exactly what he is doing.
He points out that he is doing it again. Lauren asks what? Michael states he isn't talking to him. Lauren whispers

That's because sometimes, my love, you listen better when I don't.

What a wise woman, as she nailed it!! I was so impressed with Lauren here! TB and CLB are incredible together in this short scene. And I loved how Michael put his head on her shoulder.
They are such in sych with each other at the moment!

Lauren is going to check on the baby. Then Michael calls Jack and leaves a message. He has made a decision regarding the suit. Looks like we get our answer tomorrow...

Jack calls out for Sharon/Noah. He reads a note that he left early to get Fisher to the groomers and take Noah to School. Love, Sharon." He sighs that he got the place to himself. A lonely Jack notes to himself that is sure is quiet in here. He calls out "Pop, you there" He got to tell him that he is sure liking this home sweet, home thing. Don't take it out on him. Gloria wanted to give him this place. It's was her doing, it was hers. "You know, for a figment of my imagination, you are one stubborn cuss." LOL Fine, be that way.
Then Jack calls Ashley and hope she has her cell on silent. He just realized as soon as he heard her voice the Sun hasn't even risen in LA. You know what? She doesn't have to call me back. He was just here in the house, thinking about the good old times." Remember the amazing family breakfasts we used to have here? You, me, Traci, dad? Mamie's cinnamon rolls. Everybody talking at the same time? Those were amazing times, Ash. We ought to do that again. Come home soon."
Amen! For the record, I also miss those good old days with the Abbotts too(sniff).

Jack knows he is here, because he wants something. Jeff says this is going to sound like a strange request.
Jack says coming out of him, he isn't sure anything would surprise him. Jeff then totally stuns Jack by asking him to let Gloria move back in.

A suspicious Jack ask did Gloria put him up to this? Jeff replies no, she has no idea he is here. How does he explain this? Did he know his brother, William? Much better man than he. Jack would agree. Jeff states he truly loved Gloria. He know that because he wrote me about her. He came here to use her, plain and simple. The widow had William's cash, I wanted it. But he chuckles somewhere along the way, amidst all the lunacy, something changed. Jack asks what would that be?

Adam laughs no, that's for him, if he doesn't get a caffeine fix. He has been working spreadsheets all night. He got a plane to catch, so... Kevin says all right and goes to make the drink. Felicia says hey there, pretty boy and laughs. Adam jokes one brief encounter and already she's calling him names. LOL. Felicia thought he was leaving for NY.
Adam is, shortly. Felicia says maybe she'll see him at the airport. Adam asks she is heading back to the left coast? Felicia is, in a while. Adam asks if she plans to see Nick? Felicia asks why? Would he like me to? Adam wouldn't be adverse. Felicia says neither would shI. Good luck working with his wife. Adam remarks that luck is highly overrated. Sometimes, you want something, you just have to go after it. Felicia has heard alot about TGVN, how powerful he is, how driven, how intense. Adam says sounds about right. Felicia asks then what happened to Nick? He's smart, for sure, but he is so laid back and fun. Adam asks and? Felicia says he told her he was the black sheep of the family. Sabrina presents a bronze sculpture for TGVN to for him to buy. She asks if she wants to talk to the guy's dealer. TGVN says no, he pays her for her judgement. Sabrina ask that he trust her? TGVN says completely. Is she is worried about what Victoria and others think? Sabrina admits honestly yes, and it's just not Vicki. It's her brother, also. Victor asks Nick? Sabrina says no, Adam. He something the other day that really bothered him. He insinuated that seduced him to further her career. Victor retorts this is ridiculous. "Look, when you're with me, you've got to get used to the idea that people talk about us, okay? They've been talking about me for years. I'm used to it. I let it roll off my back. I couldn't care less." Hmm, that a typical TGVN's response here. He says that he knows what he is doing. And once people read that article in that art magazine.... Sabrina says "Art forum." Victor says whatever. They'll realize why he hired her as a consultant. She needs to go to work. Victor says to keep him informed about this artist and she says yes. "No the preoccupies", as they say in Spanish. Don't you worry about a damn thing.

TGVN asks Victoria if he may come in? Victoria asks what does he want. Victor would like a heart to heart. Victoria coldly retorts, "That would require you having a heart, Dad." Ouch LOL
Victoria finds that pretty cold, coming from his daughter. May he speak with her? Victoria tell him don't forget forgiveness, because she is going to be disappointed.
TGVN knows she has difficulty accepting them. An upset Victoria never will. Victor informs that this very upsetting to Sabrina. Victoria points out that didn't stop her, though, did it, Dad?
Victor says but if she could find a way to deal with this, he think it, would mean a lot to her.
A sarcastic Victoria says would, wouldn't it? That would make her happy. Victor says yes. Victoria nailed that's why he is doing it. He is doing it to make her happy, but not for her. She trusted him to look after her. She encouraged her to go and stay at the ranch. And she had no idea, dad, that he would seduce her. Victor denies that he did no such thing. True, she seduce him, IMHO.
Victoria asks then what do you call it? Victor says FYI, this is not just a fling, all right?
Victoria is right, it's been three weeks. How can he possibly know what it is. Victor asks doesn't she think she is using a double standard? "You're allowing your mother to flaunt her relationship with this character that she is with. Why don't you allow me to do the same thing?" Oh, brother, he has got a lot of nerve saying that! TGVN prepares to leave, but run into Nick at the door. Things look intense between them.
Victor asks how is Phyllis and the baby? Nick replies they're good. Victor says glad to hear that. Nick doesn't want to be rude, but he came to see Vick. He thinks she needs him right now. She's been under a lot of stress. Victor asks does he think that he is cause of her stress? Nick does. Victor sees. Has he heard that he is seeing someone? Nick has, doesn't really mean anything to him, though. Victor certainly means a lot to his sister. She's upset.

When your Father makes a play for your best friend behind your back? I think normal people would be bothered by it, a little disillusioned.

Victor doesn't make a play for her, FYI. No, she chased him. But he choose to get involved with her. And if the shoe was on the other foot. Say that his good friend, Katherine was dating Nick(LOL) were dating, and they were sneaking his back....he would feel the exact same way!!
Besides that, he doesn't think his children have a right to dictate who the hell he see. What a hypocrite! He certainly thinks it's okay to dictate and control his children's lives.
Nick is right that his actions speak for themselves. A naive Victor thinks that Victoria eventually will get used to the idea.

Don't bet on it. You see, disillusioned is a good word for it, Dad. It means seeing reality as it is, not what you'd like it to be.

Adam tells Sabrina that he got the prototype for the debut issue of "Restless Style." An unimpressed Sabrina says congratulations. She hope he is pleased. Adam says there's always room for improvement. Sabrina says he doesn't think he came here to, display his publishing expertise. So how can she help him? Adam says he didn't. He came to find Nick, actually. He told him he would return this before he left town. Adam asks is he around? Sabrina replies he's not around because he is on the wrong floor. But, he can leave the magazine upstairs with his receptionist. Adam says the doors are still locked. So this is the new space? "Good for you. You move fast, I gotta tell you. I mean, you saw an opportunity, grabbed it. Kudos to you." LOL, I just enjoy him taunting her.
Sabrina retorts that she thinks that somewhere he is really underestimating his father. And she think that's probably not the smartest idea he ever had. So please, excuse her, she has a lot of serious work to do, okay? And he can leave the magazine on my desk. Adam says sure, since she offered.

Nick replies that Jabot lent Lily to Forrester so she could model for both companies in the launch issue. It is working out great. Victoria is so glad that someone is happy at work. She sighs what Dad did was really rotten. Nick says he knows what they think. And he know what she needs. She ask what? Nick says she need her favorite comfort dessert, banana split, whipped cream everywhere, three cherries. Ah, Nick is so sweet. Victoria says that is her favorite dessert and she needs it. Nick asks if she want him to get it? Victoria says no, thanks. She is just kidding. She doesn't really need a sugar rush right now. What would be nice, though, is if Dad was even just a little bit sorry. Nick points out that would mean admitting a mistake. And they both know Dad doesn't do mistakes. It's not easy, is it? Seeing dad as he really is. I'm glad that they are showing, it's hard on Nick too.
Victoria says when she was little and something was wrong, he'd put her up on his lap and he'd tell her that everything was going to be okay. And she really thought that nothing bad would ever happen. Nick really wishes it could be like that for him again. A sad Victoria says that version of Dad, the version that cared about her feelings? He doesn't exist anymore. I loved Nick saying

Hey, don't do this. Dad didn't change. You did. We did. We grew up.

Amen!! Well, said Nick! That's exactly what happened!

Felicia says hello, siblings. And future of the Newman line? Nick says hey. Felicia tells Victoria that she met her at the party. So this is her beautiful baby boy? Victoria says he is, isn't. It's nice to see her again. Ditto for Felicia. She tells Nick that she will e-mail him the new copy on the next set of Forrester ads, but they just need some finishing touches. Nicka asks if she is headed back to L.A.? Felicia says no rest for the weary. Keep in touch. Nick says he knows,he will. Felicia suggests he should really come visit again, on business or whatever.
Nick replies she'll be the first person he call. Safe trip. He kisses her on the cheek and she exits.
Afterwards an observant Victoria teases him by saying that he is too much smooth. LOL. Nick jokes smooth like butter LOL. Victoria says he really know how to go in there and hook those advertisers, don't you? It's a good thing he is so good looking. LOL. I love the light-hearted kidding between the siblings. And I am so glad that they have each other backs, right now.

Especially that they don't have to sneak around anymore. TGVN asks if they rushed things? Hell yes, IMHO
Not surprised that she said no. "Everything that happened between us, and I mean everything, I wanted." No kidding, just like JT said she did! Victor says except what happened to Victoria. Sabrina knows how much he love his children. And for him to see them pulling away like that,it must be very painful. And if she is the cause for that look in your eyes and if you have any regrets...
Hmm, I noticed that didn't answer any of those questions. Heck, she is even acting like stepmommy already with her response! And she made her choice, now she has to live with it.

At the AC, Victor asks Adam off to airport? Adam replies yes. Celebrities wait for no man. TGVN asks when will he be back? Adam replies tomorrow. Victor wants him to stop by his office, he says absolutely.

I wants to talk to you about not only the trip, but about an expanded role for you at Newman.

Hmm, right after Victoria's rejects him. I bet Victoria gets demoted every more, while Adam rises more to the top. Coincidence, I think not!!
It seems to me that, Adam is in and Victoria and Nick are out!

Adam says that would be excellent, sir. Victor is very proud of what he has have done so far, all right? He has contributed a great deal. So he have a good trip. And we done, I wonder what position, that he will offer him!
