And the Blue Dot is back(Amber) Sorry, but I haven't missed her. LOL. And why is she at CL, when everyone is working at Restless Style??

A gossipy Jana heard something And she hasn't even told Kevin this yet. The Blue Dot asks what? Jana wouldn't repeat this, but she doesn't want the Blue Dot to hear it from anybody else. Amber asks why? Does it have something to do with her? Jana admits no, not her directly. It's her ex, Cane and Lily. She's pregnant. Amber only says, that's nice. Jana asks she isn't up. Amber replies no. Cane has moved on. So has she? Hmm, I don't believe her. She looks pretty upset to me.

Jana realizes that she shouldn't told a depressed Amber? She would have found out anyway. Cane,he's probably treating her like gold. You know, they're probably getting ready to take those, pictures that pregnant couples take. You know, she's radiant, his hands are on her belly. Stuff like that. Jana asks if she still love Cane?
Adam admits that she loves the memory of loving him. But you know, it's really, it's okay. It's not that big a deal. She brushes by Kevin as she leaves. Kevin, with an old look, ask what is up with the Blue Dot? Jana replies it's Lily, she's pregnant. Kevin looks surprised.

In the patio area, an excited Jana says show her!! Kevin tells her, in a second. He know that he hasn't given her an engagement ring. And he want her to have one, because he loves her and I want everybody to know that she is his. But he "want it to be you-- unique, beautiful, special, different. Okay..." Kevin shows his hands but we see the ring on his finger. Jana doesn't get it. He is the one wearing it. Kevin says watch his magic trick, as his fingers never leave his hand. Jana gasps a tattoo. She thinks that's fantastic! When did he get that done? Kevin didn't, it's temporary. But his and her tattoo rings for their engagement? Well, that would be forever. A happy Jana hugs him, they really do seem to be in deeply in love. But ring tattoo?? Big mistake, because it's permant. And we know in the soap world, relationship and marriages just don't last. LOL. But for me, I would want the real thing. But that Tattoo ring, does suit Jana.

BTW, it was nice that they had scenes without you-know-who LOL. They actually focused on their own lives for once.

After Nikki finishes her meeting, Jill asks her if did get her messages yesterday? Nikki did. She was going to call her asson as her meeting was finished. It is now. Jill asks who made the decision to switch essentials oil suppliers? Nikki did. David adds which was based on extensive research. Hmm, so in other words, this was David's idea and Nikki foolishly went along with it. Jill retorts how extensive could it possibly have been? She has been back at Jabot for about a minute. A lady interrupts that the Buenos airs video conference is about to start, Ms. Abbott. Jill will be right there. She bluntly states she isn't approving this deal.

Jill asks David, where is Nikki? David says she is out of the office. She'll be back soon. Jill informs to tell her she wants to see her as soon as she gets back. David ask Jill? She asks what's that? David replies it's a copy of the agreement with the new supplier. And the chemist's report.
Jill bluntly says circular file it, David. It's a no-go. David asks why doesn't she at least read the contract? Jill states there is no need. Jabot is known for its quality and she doesn't intend to change that. Good for you, Jill!!
David asks what if they just use them for their lower-end products? They'll still save a bundle. After he leaves, I chuckled as Jill threw the file in the trash can. I don't like how David is trying to cheapen Jabot products.
Brad asks Jill if she saw Nikki? Jill say she's out? What does he know about switching our essential oils supplier? Brad replies that David talk to him about it. He cautioned him. Jill informs that he didn't listen to him. He took it to Nikki. And like a sucker, she approved it.

Scene 1
Neil's Condo
A touched Lily says ah, Dad, as he prepared breakfast for her. Neil tells Lily that he wants her to sit down, relax and enjoy. Lily goes wow, she could get used to this. Neil was thinking about Devon's room? They should actually turn that into a nursery. And as far as Devon goes, whenever he comes over here, he'll a pull out sofa, stick it in the office. He can stay in there. Lily says that's sweet. She loves everything that she is doing, but Cane he wants to be involved, too. Neil respect that. How involved? Lily asks that he asked her to marry him. An impressed Neil says wow, he's a good man. It changes everything, you know?(Hmm, looks like Cane has got the thumbs up from him!) Have they set a wedding date? Lily informs that there's isn't going to be one. She turned him down, which really surprises Neil
Later as Lily cleans up, he tells her thanks, but she doesn't have to do that. Lily says no, she doesn't mind. She notes that he seemed a little surprised before that she said no to Cane. Neil was, he is. Lily loves Cane, but if she married him now, she would always believe that it was just because he wanted to do the right thing, not because he's ready to be her husband. And she doesn't think she is ready to be his wife. Neil understand that completely, all right? Whatever her decision is, he supports her and got her back. Lily thanks him as they hug. Neil suggests that they should go down to storage and get that rocking chair that her mother used to rock her to sleep in. Lily asks the with the wildflowers on it? Neil replies yes. Lily loves that chair.
So did Neil. Her mom wanted to give it to her when her had your first baby. I felt for Lily as she said that she wishes that she were here. Ditto for Neil. Lily says, when she found out she was pregnant, she went to her old dance studio and looked around. Neil asks did it help? Lily said it did. It kind of felt like mom was there, whispering in her ear, telling her the right thing to do. I was touched as Lily said if she has a girl, she wants to name her Drucilla.

Later Neil calls Karen, not sure where to begin. He hopes she is back soon, so they can talk. What he asked earlier about raising Lily's baby? Thath was just nerves talking, he shouldn't have done that(damn straight). He doesn't know what he was thinking. They got to find a way to make this work..them work. Call him when she gets this message. He loves her and misses her.
Well, I am glad that Neil realized that he was wrong to ask that of her. But it may be too late, because Karen may had enough of his controlling ways.

Chancellor Mansion

Cane tells Katherine that she can see, that she still got the ring. Katherine say yes, his mother told him that Lily did say no. Cane replies that she didn't want to marry him because she was having the baby. Katherine states smart girl(Amen). And she thinks it's important that she asks her. It shows that he has commitment. Cane thanks her. He appreciates her giving it to me. Katherine asks if he is upset that she said no?
Cane says no, that's okay. He understand her reasoning. It is what it is. Katherine knows she will be wearing it one day, when the time is right. In the meantime, she will just put this away until he need it. And he will. I agree, with that assessment<g>

Cane tell his Grandma, there's only really been a couple things he has wanted in life. He wanted a good job, good girl, and to come to America. But now, he wants to be a good Dad. Katherine states and he will be. Cane does believe his uncle did the best he could. He used to say, "I never signed on for a kid." That kind of made him wonder what it was like growing up if you had a parent who actually signed on. Katherine is sorry that she took all of that away from him. A compassionate Cane isn't saying this to make her feel bad. A remorseful Katherine admits that she made a terrible error. And there's not a day goes by that she doesn't regret it. No, even as she look at him now, it's. I loved Cane being so understanding and loving as he said to don't be sad. Their story has a happy ending, doesn't it? Look, here they are. Katherine says true. Cane points out that she is the person who told him that our past makes them who they are. Katherine says

All those qualities that make you a wonderful man will be the same qualities that make you a wonderful father. Empathy, patience, strength. But you know what most of all? The ability to forgive.

Amen! Those are all the qualities that I love about Cane.

Lily is right to tell Cane that his grandmother is awesome. Cane agrees. Lily informs that her Dad made her breakfast this morning. She relates that he has been so great. It's like he can't do enough for her. Cane asks if she told him that he proposed? Lily did. Cane asks if he wants to banish him for it? Lily says no, actually, the exact opposite. He's a really big believer in marriage. But he said that whatever decision she make, he'll stand behind him. He should see what he's doing to get the place ready for her. Cane asks, has she decided to move back in? Lily says no, that's just the kind of dad he is. Controlling.
Cane says overprotective, but terrific. Um, those words contradict each other, Cane. And it's not terrific that Neil is that way.
Lily says yes, exactly. Cane says that's the kind of dad he wants to be(No, it's not LOL). He says if they have a girl, every boy's going to have to turn up their report card and at least two references. LOL . Lily says, can he even imagine? Them with a teenager? Cane goes wow, he knows. Lily remarks that they should be taking long walks and deciding what movie to see, but instead...
I loved Cane saying

Just because we are having a baby, it doesn't mean we have to stop dating.

Lily knows, but it's not the same. Cane was such a sweetheart as he said, that is why he intends on spending every day of the next seven months falling more in love with the mother of his child. Ah, Cane is just the best here.

And Cane is a sweetheart and thoughtful as Cane brought Lily milk. He says they say that Calcium is good for you. Lily says more calcium, less caffeine. Got it. Oh, so the doctor's office just called. Cane asks what about tomorrow? Lily says he is right about the ultrasound. And they may even see the baby's heartbeat. Cane goes wow! Lily knows. Cane asks so what time does she want him to pick her up? Lily replies 9:30 is fine, at her dad's. Cane points out her Dad thinks she has decided to move back in. Lily hasn't made any definite plans yet. Cane says because, his grandma and mum would be really excited if she moved in here. You know, they're talking about doing any renovations they need for the baby.
Lily thinks that's really generous of them.
Cane replies because otherwise, his dad's going to a have to get used to picking up a sleeping bag that he is going leave behind the couch. LOL, I love that he won't leave Lily's side. What a devoted man, he is.
Lane was just wonderful again today.

Sharon says the printer suggested they do blow-ins because it is cheaper. Nick remarks that blow-ins, they always fall out. He will crunch the numbers, see if they can do bound before the deadline. Daniel says they got proofs here from the editorial shoot. Is Mom here? Nick replies that her plane's landing as they speak. Daniel asks if he wants to sign off? You know, deadline?
Sharon asks if he wants her to take a look at them? Nick asks would she? Sharon says sure. Daniel thinks that they rock. Not that his opinion counts for anything yet. Sharon agrees with him. They're great. It's just he is thinking a more classic. She asks Nick, what does he think? Nick likes them, but isn't his thing. So what do she think? Sharon thinks they need to do a reshoot. Daniel asks if he wants him to get in touch with the photographer? Sharon says that why doesn't he call her and she'll just explain to him what it is that she has in mind. Nick asks reshoot? Sharon like this and really loves this. Nick says good.

Sharon tells Phyllis that Gretchen just e-mailed her the final cover story. Phyllis says oh, great. Third draft? She sent her a lot of copy. That's weird. Sharon thought the photographer might've gone a little artsy with them. Phyllis points out because it's not a catalogue. It should be artsy and distinctive and unique. Sharon says no, she agrees. It should be unique, but not unique. She doesn't even know what she is looking at, you know? So she just ordered a reshoot. Phyllis states they are not doing that. Sharon argues no, she already had Daniel set it up. Phyllis bluntly states first of all, that's not her call, and second, they don't have that in their budget. Sharon disagrees with her. Phyllis disagrees with her. No reshoot. I like that they are having a realistic work argument.

Amber adds so have they. You know, if this had happened a few weeks earlier, it would've really sucked, but now there is them? You know, what are they, anyway? Huh? Boyfriend/girlfriend? Amber asks why is she having such a hard time with this? Daniel thinks probably because she is trying to define something that is indefinite. You know, they hang out, and hook up.. Hey, don't change the subject. Daniel thinks she is making this into a big thing. What they have is fun and it's easy, so... Amber says it's squishy.
Daniel says maybe he likes it. Amber doesn't. Daniel asks so what does she want? She want normal? Amber says normal can be good. Daniel retorts it's boring. Normal people go on dates, and they do not go on dates. No, they just have sex.
Amber asks an actual date? Like where she wear her best pair of heels and he pick her up, like that? Daniel doesn't know. Is that what he wants?
Amber says kind of. Daniel asks what about the club tonight? Amber asks tonight? Daniel asks really, does she need to think about this? Amber says no, tonight is good. And looks like they heading toward an actual relationship, not to thrilled about it, though.

Daniel announces that Lily's pregnant. Amber just told him. Phyllis says wow!! Daniel repeats wow. His reaction was one word, too. Not that word, but one word. Phyllis asks which word? So Cane's, that guy, Cane's the father? Daniel confirms that guy cane's the father. A concerned Phyllis asks if he is okay with this? Daniel says yeah. He got my life, she's got hers. They both moved on. True!! Phyllis says sure, absolutely. He has certainly have moved on. And if she didn't know any better, it looks like, he found a replacement. Avant-garden, sweeping canvases, beautiful. She will send him the link. Victor says why doesn't she Sabrina replies no, if he is going to be at home, Victoria might pass by, and she'd rather not. Victor points out that she can't hide every time Victoria shows up. Sabrina says no, she can't. Victor says it's settled. "You work from here. I promise you, she'll get used to us." Afterwards a pleased Victor told her. Victoria cares about far too much to give up on their friendship. He is wrong.

It was nice to see Victoria and JT with Reed. Though Reed seems to a bit fussy today. JT was so sweet as he said looking at them is the most beautiful sight he has ever seen. Victor announces tomorrow a big day for him, it's his christening. Can Reed say "christening?" LOL as JT says if he does, they are posting the video. Victoria laughs, yeah. JT asks if she is all set? Victoria says yes as Reed fusses again. JT asks what's the matter? She tells him that Sabrina's supposed to be the godmother. JT says she is allowed to change her mind. A honest Victoria admits that

I just can't see standing before my family and the minister and God, saying that I love and trust this woman to be our son's godmother.

I don't blame her for feeling that way at all. The godmother is a important role in her child's life and she trust the person 100%

JT asks Victoria if she wants to walk over to the main house and meet the minister and her mom? It's nice out there. Victoria should go into the office. JT says to do it afterwards. He knows she doesn't want to miss a detail of this christening. Victoria tell him to go. She trust his judgment. JT asks if she still thinking about TGVN and Sabrina? It was nice as Y&R writers showed Victoria conflicted as she said they promised each other that they'd be godmothers to each other's children. And part of her wants to hang on to the friendship that she has with her, but the other part is, she is no angry. Very realistic feeling there that she has.
JT tells her that they're not going to let Sabrina ruin this. She can uninvited her. She can un-Godmother her as far as he is concerned. And if she want him to do it for her, he'd be happy to.

Later Sabrina enters and is glad she called. Victoria wanted to have this conversation in person. It's about Reed's christening tomorrow
she is choosing another godmother. A stunned Sabrina thought she called to discuss. it doesn't matter. A emotional pained Victoria isn't really just not very comfortable with her standing in front of her family, in front of God, promising to guide her son. A hurt Sabrina is really sorry that she feels that way. Can they at least sit down and talk? A firm Victoria says no, there's nothing to talk about, okay? She has made my decision, as she wipes away some tears. Sabrina wonders how did they end up like this? So many miles apart? An upset Victoria, closes the door. BTW, Sabrina has got a gall asking that, when she knows it's her fault that she is estranged from Victoria. She choose TGVN over her friend. She is getting what she deserves and I don't feel sorry for her.

Victoria thanks Nick for coming. She thought with the publishing date so close that he'd blow her off. I loved Nick telling her that he always has time for her. Besides, he was just down the street, their mailer. So what does she need? Victoria informs that so tomorrow is Reed's christening. He'll be there, right? Nick is the Godfather. It was funny as he imitated Marlon Brando "you've made me an offer I can't refuse." Josh was pretty good here.
Victoria says that's great. So she won't have to, replace him too. Nick asks too?? Victoria announces that she has canned Sabrina. She thinks that a Godparent should be dependable and honest and she isn't, so the position is once again vacant. Nick points out correctly that she may be in Dad's life for quite awhile. Victoria says no, listen. She doesn't want to think about that right now, okay? She really doesn't, so let's just concentrate on tomorrow. She thinks that she has an idea for a new godmother. Nick asks who? Victoria would like it to be Phyllis. That really great that she trust Phyllis that much to be Reed's Godmother.

Victoria says that Nick thinks that Phyllis would love to be Reed's godmother. JT thanks him. Nick says he thinks it would be great. They haven't always been the best of friends. Victoria says some things change. JT adds some people. Victoria says that's right. She'd like to like to ask her in person. JT says absolutely. They, free for dinner? Nick says far as he know. Victoria will asks her then. But she want everybody to keep in mind that they need to make a pact that no matter what happens, no matter who shows up, the center of attention will be Reed. Nick thinks that is frighteningly mature. Victoria says that's right. It is, isn't.

Newman Ranch

The minister asks how many guests will there be? Nikki says a very few. Just family and a few friends. She thought that she would set the chairs up there. And that she could stand here? The minister says with the parents, baby and godparents, yes. Nikki says great. He asks if she is planning a reception? Victor replies right here at the ranch. A surprised Nikki asks what is he doing here? She thought he would be at the office. Victor had no idea that she would be coming by. He is working from home. Hello, Reverend. How is he? Nice to see him as he shakes his hand. Victor notes this will be a wonderful occasion. Nikki says there they are. JT says hey, everybody. Reverend thanks that JT seems to suit JT. He points out to Reed there is a big boy. Nikki asks where's Victoria? JT asks that she couldn't make it. Reverend asks that she has chosen the Godparents? JT says they have chosen the godfather. He aaks and the godmother?
A upset Sabrina enters the house and sees the group. She is sorry and didn't realize. Victor excuses himself and asks what happened? A distress Sabrina admits it was terrible. Victoria doesn't want to have anything to do with her. Victor sincerely says she is sorry. Victor needs to deal with this, okay? Sabrina says of course. Nikki tells the Reverend to come with her. She'll show him the rest.

A sad Sabrina looks at Hellstrom family picture. A comforting Victor say his grandson will miss out on a wonderful godmother. Sabrina notes that Victoria doesn't think so. That's for sure as she sighs. Victor is sorry, that she hurt her. Does she have any regrets? I'm not surprised that she said no, none. She speaks some French. Victor notes that was the title of the wonderful Edith Piaf's song. It means, "I have no regrets at all." "I regret nothing." That's true, since it's his motto all the time!!
They kiss(ugh)

Victor thinks that fresh air is exactly what she need. Sabrina says okay, but she needs a very gentle horse. Don't traumatize him. Victor says don't he worry about... Sabrina hasn't ridden in forever. Victor says don't worry about a thing. He got just the horse for her. Meet him out front, okay? Sabrina says but she can only ride an English saddle. Victor says that's no problem either. They got everything. Go. Sabrina calls him so efficient. Victor is on the phone, to kindly saddle up Jupiter, and then put an English saddle on blue smoke, all right? They'll be down momentarily. Nikki states that "Blue smoke is my horse." Victor didn't hear a knock at the door.
Nikki is sorry that he didn't hear her, but she left my folder. Unless he wants to a take custody of that, too. Victor points out that horse is not part of the divorce settlement. Nikki says no, because she was a gift from him to her. She's hers. Victor points out that she needs to be ridden.

She's still mine.

Nikki sounds like a spoiled brat her. But I understand that Nikki is hurt that Victor is letting his girlfriend ride her horse. Even though they are divorce, the horse is a special gift from Victor, which means alot to her. And Nikkihas a still a lot of deep feelings for Victor, shown by her tone today.
