Thankfully, Daniel is too busy to talk to Blue Dot. Nick is chatting with Noah and they are going to Cub game this weekend. Jack finds something is off and finds it "staid" It sits there and not restless. Phyllis says he is three months too late. Jack thinks they need a new set of eyes. Phyllis retorts someone to look over her shoulder. Jack says someone to give them a fresh perspective. Has she heard of Jamie Whitefield. Phyllis says maybe, a publisher. Jack says she is retired now and was able to persuade her to consult for them. Phyllis causally says sure and Jack says she is on her way. Phyllis doesn't look to thrilled
Victoria brings "nutrition and substance" Nick shaking his fingers and says she is a great sister. Victoria hugs him and says he is a great brother. She thanks him for the flowers. Nick says great day, and how is the new job. Victoria says it's awesome, except working for her ex part. Nick says she made the right move and she agrees. Victoria has another move to announce. Is tux clean, Nikki and David have set a wedding date. Nick groans. I'm sure he would rather have his teeth pulled instead of going to that wedding.

After it was too funny as Sharon mocked Jamie asking Amber coffee earlier. Phyllis mocks there is to much froth in this. She hate is LOL
Sharon retorts, "Jack, what have you done" Phyllis remarks it seems like all the meetings they had were pointless because she wasn't here. Sharon asks what are they going to do now? Phyllis doesn't know, Jack hired her. Sharon suggests to have car take to her Canada. Phyllis retort too close, Mars LOL. Amazing, that Jamie brought this two women together LOL.

Scene 1

Jana ask what does Kevin think of her handwritten "Help Wanted Sign" He think it's clear, to the point and people will understand what it means. I think she should buy a sign at the store, looks better.
Kevin sees , our upset Colleen and asks what happened. Colleen relates, it was awful. When she told him that she gave the book to her Dad, he had absolute fit and they had a major fight. Now he is on his way to see her Dad and she couldn't stop him. Kevin asks if she warned her Dad, Colleen says no, then goes to call him.

Colleen has tried him 3 times, but no answer. Kevin thinks they probably having at it. He isn't hearing siren, that's a good sign. Colleen wants to know what the Professor is saying. An irritated Kevin point out that she okayed the book. Colleen clarify then, but not now after she read it. She doesn't know what to do. Kevin states do what she needs to do, he isn't letting this happen to Jana as he eyes Michael. Kevin tells him that he needs to talk to him Pronto. LOL as Michael "NO hello, no free coffee" ITA with Jana saying "My two favorite brother. Jana is looking for dark roast and wonders if they are out. Kevin signals to Colleen to get rid of her. Colleen asks how is her new boss at foundation. As the ladies chat, Kevin pulls Michael into the patio. I LMAO as Kevin told the customers that the patio is closed, hornet swarm. Even funnier watching Michael hands up in mocking fear about the "hornets" Doesn't Kevin have a office, why not use that?? He asks what does he want him to talk about, so know one can hear. Kevin is watching the ladies chat as Michael asks him if he has read the book. Kevin says no, Colleen has. Michael asks if it right or did the Professor drift into James Fry territory. Kevin states that Jana has her surgery, the prosecutor decided not to try her. She got this great new job working at TGVN's foundation. Kevin doesn't want her remind of this. And everyone doesn't know, her new boss wasn't here yet. He has to kill the book. Michael says "Kevin, my brother" says it was Cuba or North Koren one of those charming countries this book could be squealed. But in America, they have the first amendment. Kevin say so?? Michael says the law hates that a prior restraint. So as Justice Brandi says "The best response to bad speech, is more speech" He is sorry, there is nothing that he can do.. A desperate Kevin begs please, he has to help him. Michael will check the case logs but he isn't making any promises. A grateful Kevin says thanks and exits to the main are. Then Michael gets a call from Brad. I like his response "And I was having such a good day LOL"

Colleen asks what did Michael say. Kevin replies if everything is accurate, they are screwed. A stunned Colleen asks if that's it? Kevin suggest she talk to the Professor again? Colleen sarcastically and says what? She knows that is research is impectable and his publisher loved it. But he talk to him about rewrite. Kevin was thinking more of the lines by saying "Adrian, baby. When was the last time that he read Les Strada, because when the women didn't get what they wanted from the men of Athens, they stop giving Benefits... LOL as annoyed Colleen said not helping. Kevin is just saying that she got leverage. She will talk to him. Kevin says don't be to proud to beg. Colleen might have to, not that it will work. She run into the Blue Dot on the way out.
Amber announces she just met Jamie Whitefield. Jana is stunned. But the Blue Dot thinks she just blew it with Daniel, on down note. Jana asks what has done now. She asks him to move in with her. Jana thinks that's wonderful. Amber whines it isn't. She asked him yesterday and he hasn't said anything yet. Jana ask if he needs some more think about it. Amber says that he thinks about everything but. Jana asks how did she pop the question. She says that she needed some help with remote. A puzzled Jana the remote control, the telly. Jana says isn't romantic that The Blue Dot and Daniel moving that glorious penthouse together. Kevin, not sounding interested, say yeah, yeah. Jana says she need to encourage them. He needs to work on Daniel, because this is something he really wants. An annoyed Kevin is right if he wants to do it, he will. Jana points out if he moves out, they got the place to themselves. Kevin says that the motivation that he needs. Jana says all alone in there flat with gorgeous, intelligent, wonderful and sometimes kinky fiancée. Kevin turned on, asks that she mean that in a good day. Jana is so bloody happy. Maybe it's good Karma when she was ill. She got her dream job, him and got everything. She is hopeful as she hugs him. Both look happy, nice scene. But Kevin needs to tell her the truth about the book.

Jabot

The Professor walks into the conference room and states bluntly that Brad has something that belongs to him. Brad silently pulls out the book and asks if he means this.
After some Jabot business, The Professor says that Colleen gave him that without permission of the offer. Brad retorts that critic gets advanced copy, consider him another critic. He retorts he is not one, but critical. Brad states he has a right, this is about his family and he knew that he was against it. The Professor states that Colleen wanted the book written. Brad argues that Colleen had no idea that he would be endanger her grandmother to further her career. He already explained this to her, the day book comes out, her grandmother need not hide anymore. Brad bluntly

I have no patience for ignorance and you have no idea what you are talking about

The Professor states that story needs to be told. Brad then signs and maybe he is prejudging. Just him a chance to read it. The Professor asks hasn't he? Brad was called into a meeting, he could only skim through it. At the very least, he would be prepared if the NY times called. The Professor taunts him on the day, it's publishes, he will be the first person to send him copy, autograph. He is being a real jerk, Brad and his mother deserve to know what is being written in the book. Why didn't Professor asks for their permission to write it?
Brad then tosses him the book and The Professor thanks him.

Wow, intense scenes between the Professor and Brad. Eyal and Don were really great in their scenes.

Brad tells Michael that they can talk in here. Michael retorts not so fast. Attorney-client privilege doesn't attract because he is talking to an attorney. Brad states fine, be his attorney. Michael knows it's about the Professor book. Brad asks how does he know. He relates that Colleen told Kevin, who told him. They are quite upset. Brad says because of Jana. Michael replies that it doesn't portray in the flattering light. You think?? LOL. Brad ask how much is his retainer? Michael says he can afford, but hates to see him waste his money.

Michael asks where they. Brad replies the Professor book, first amendment and his retainer(no issue for him) Michael says he got himself a lawyer and ask if got the book to take home with him. Brad doesn't have it, the Professor wanted it back. Michael states it is a smart move to keep him off his back but a dumb move. He needs the book. Brad thought he might say that. He can't repeat anything he tells him. Michael states that client/attorney privilege is now invoked.

Brad says the magic of the photocopier as he puts the book down. This one is his? Michael notes the little copyright violator he is. Brad really pulled the rug under the Professor's feet here! He is bad LOL
Brad says there is red circles throughout the 50 pages. They are inaccurate. By inaccurate, does he mean false. Brad means the author make improvable assertation that could damage his family reputation. He believes that is called libel. Michael say he is a private individual, a public figure, he may have a point. Brad was hoping that he would say that. Michael will take this home and read it, then they will approach the publisher.
Brad says make sure they understand that he has the resources to drag this through the court for a long, long time . He is full prepared to do so

The book will never see the light of day

And I wouldn't be surprised if Brad and Michael made that happen.

Scene 3
Professor Apartment

Colleen asks if he saw her father. The Professor did. She asks no black eyes, no casts. He remarks all the progress she made with her father, paid off. He was surprising reasonable. Colleen says that's good. Did he read it? He says skim,he said. But Brad gave the book to him, when he asked for it. Colleen says really? The Professor says he will give him a copy when it publishes it. He is sorry that he lost his temper. Colleen say it was horrible. She knows how much it means to him, she shouldn't have given him a copy. But he understands why. So all is well between them, right now. But I think this two will break up if Brad gets his way.

Amber/Daniel

The Blue Dot is surprised to find Daniel on the couch. He announces that remote control man is here. On demand programming starts in five minutes, got some popcorn to keep them busy. He worked up a big appetite moving his stuff in. A delighted Blue Dot kisses him and he says to watch the popcorn.

And as usual, Amber got her way with Daniel(groan)

And now she wants to know why, he has driven away his kids.

It would sad, if it wasn't so pathetic and clique" Victor retorts she has no objectivity all.

Adam says the truth is that Newman suffered a great loss since Victoria left. He learned alot from her. David says that's funny, some may view at Modesty. I don't blame Nikki for being upset how Adam treated her daughter, but she was outline being extremely rude to him today. I actually felt bad for Adam. But Nikki and David ticked me off in that scene, acting so self-righteous. I recall Nikki undermining her daughter her own self-purposes during her political campaign.

David thinks that she certainly spoke her mind to TGVN and Jr. too. Nikki remarks that not that any good. David suggest a hot bubble bath and sparking apple ciders. But Nikki wants to read that script from the producer, does he have it. David does over here, He opens his briefcase. He say here she goes. She asks what is this? Thailand, Tiatee, etc. David says some script for the best movie ever, staring her. Nikki says wow, "Nikki and David go on their Honeymoon" David says thumbs up . I say Thumbs down. That goes for Sabrina/Victor too.
Later they reading the travel brochures for their honeymoon. He asks what appeals to her? She says being with him(ugh) at the suit at the Ritz. They love each other and kiss.(blah)

As usual, these two hug and speak some French. Victor says his little run in with his ex-wife. She says they can talk about it over dinner. Victor says no such thing, he wants to enjoy his dinner as they kiss.
After dinner, TGVN has a gift for Sabrina and remarks that he enjoyed dinner. He says that something came delivered from California. She is moved that Victor got her "Barbie Ponytail, 1959." How did he know? When she and Victoria were in Florence together she once called him to find a doll for her birthday. Sabrina says "Sabrina" from the Audrey Hepburn film, that was him. He went to Philephedia to get. Can you imagine TGVN going there to get a doll? Hell no LOL
But she figures that he did it for Victoria, he says of course. She doesn't know what to say? He asks if she likes it. She loves it as they kiss. He loves her. She is sorry that this love is such a high price. He has learned anything worth while in life is a high price. She makes him happy as they kiss yet again(groan)
Sabrina says when she look at it, she flashes of her childhood, so many memories. TGVN finds it interesting that someone as sophisticated as her would be passionate about dolls. Sabrina surprises hserlf that she is filled with contrast. Victor finds it endearing She says it reminds her of father who bought the first doll for her. Oh, the irony here. Victor is Sabrina's father figure type here. LOL. Sorry that is gift that you buy your daughter, not your girlfriend. It's just icky!
The dolls were her comfort as they moved around, because her father was a diplomat. He thinks it must be hard on her and she says it was tough. He wants her to tell about it one day. Sabrina wants to go to bed(big surprise) and kiss(ugh, ugh)
Victor has to make a phone call and wants if delivery arrived on time for gallery.

Victoria says nice dinner companion. He jokes reliable, friendly, doesn't get made at you while you work. He asks how was Day one at Jabot? She says it was busy. He hope it works out for her. She says thanks. He hopes that she doesn't work this late, every night. Her family will start missing her her. Victoria coolly said she dropped by Restless style to see her brother and now going home to her husband and son. It's called having a life. Enjoy his work. Adam and Victoria's hostility reminds me Nick/Victoria's hositilty when she first returned to town.

Afterwards a lonely Adam looks at picture at hope. Then he calls and leaves a message for TGVN.
He has been thinking about his offer to move into the ranch, he would very much like it.
All right, Sabrina is going to love it ..not LOL
