Standing O, Ash!!! Standing O!! Yeah, this was just a part of a goodbye letter she'd written to Victor, after she packed her bags...but man was it great to see Ash finally w/o blinders on where he was concerned! I was so worried she'd not believe Billy after he spilled the beans. Of course, considering what happened to Victor today, I'm sure Ash will change her tune, *grumbles*...but for one shining moment, Ash had her brains back! LOL.

Camp~Patty waves the gun around & taunts who'll be the 1st to go always the entertainer, that one. She harps on the things Jack took away from her--her youth, innocence & dreams of having a baby. Jack concedes he was young & stupid, while Patty sneers she wasn't ready to lose him then; but she is now ouch! Victor scowls Jack's worth nothing, he can have a copter to take her wherever she wants. Patty chides Victor for buying her & ordering her around amen. Victor pleads for a 2nd chance to help her, but Patty focuses on Jack. Sighing that MJ was everything he wanted, Patty wonders why Jack didn't love her. Victor lunges for the gun, shots ring out, hit Victor--and a panicked Paul w/ JT tells the other Abbotts he'll call them back--as they rush toward the gunfire.

CL~Vicki informs Nick that JT phoned around 4am, but no sign of Colleen. Earlier, Nick phoned Phyllis & told her the latest. Nick's irate Victor brought a ticking time bomb to GC me too. Vicki admits it's getting harder to love their dad whatever Vicki. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ash's room~Adam is shocked to see Ash packing. She confides when Victor returns, she'll be long gone yay.

Camp~Patty mutters 'Oh God', drops the gun & dashes off. Jack searches & finds a phone on Victor, then uses a hankie don't tell me a hankie saves him, lol for Victor to hold against his wounds. Jack calls for help, while he soothes to Colleen everything'll be alright I wish that were true. Paul/JT arrive, JT helps Victor die, die, die! as Jack tells Paul that Patty's limping, he can catch her go Paul go!

Ash's room~As she packs, Ash rails about Victor using a mentally-unstable woman to seek revenge on Jack. More than upset, Ash continues Victor still lied to her when his plan backfired & covered his tracks. She thinks Adam should be pissed too if you only knew, Ash, Patty could've gotten to him when she was on the grounds. Adam states he's only concerned for her & the baby riiight, offers to get Ash some tea. Adam surmises there is no proof on Victor other than Jack & Paul's say so; an alert Ash recalls never mentioning Paul. Caught, Adam quickly covers Paul came over & told off Victor & he didn't tell Ash because there was no reason to believe it. Adam can't believe Ash is leaving w/ a baby on the way bastard, baby doesn't exist, then exits to call Dr. Taylor over grrrr.

Abbotts~Unable to reach anyone, Billy scowls there must not be a signal anywhere. Traci decides to head to the camp, but Chance enters w/ bad news...:::sniff::: awesome scene as they are shown through a window, not a word heard by viewers as the news is given & the family reacts.

Ranch~Dr. Taylor comes in, Adam instructs him to keep Ashley there. However, Taylor hints it's time they stop--the truth will come out anyway exactly. Adam reminds the doc what he has on him, but Taylor counters it's only a matter of time but things WILL blow up in their faces & hopefully both of you will burn.

Ash's room~Ash writes a Dear John letter to Victor go, Ash! Detailing she's been naive once again you ain't lying, she has no choice but to leave they show Ash continue to pack clothes/jewelry as we hear her voice in the letter. Victor hasn't changed, getting Jack has always been more important than she's ever been to him you don't say. Accusing Victor of bringing Patty to town, Ash adds he did nothing yeah he did, he covered his tracks! to stop her terror oh that. He allowed her to torture her, kill Zapato & harm Summer not to mention get to Colleen. How does that feel?

Hospital~Nick/Vikki enter, Victor's still on his way. Chance spills everything he knows, Victor/Colleen are still alive. The Abbotts arrive, Chance relays Patty's run off again.

Ranger's~Paul finds Patty. Paul calms he's there, as Patty holds kitty & cries. Paul's happy she's alive, but Patty laments not for long--she was bitten by a Northern Widow she's an expert on spiders? She doesn't want a doctor & cites she's done bad things. She doesn't want to live w/o her Jackie anyway.

Hospital~entering on gurneys, Victor is taken through while Colleen is looked over in the hall. A doctor frantically quips she's cyanotic, as Traci comforts Colleen to say mama's here. Traci crumbles poor Traci! as Colleen is rushed to ICU. Jack w/ bloody hands hugs Traci tight, while Vicki slips into JT's arms. Inconsolable, Jack recounts pulling Colleen from the lake. Jack sobs oh Jackie he couldn't do anything, but JT's still hopeful as both are alive. Vicki is haunted by the fact Colleen was in the same lake Brad drowned in as am I--stupid writers.

Ranger's~Paul injects Patty with anti-serum how convenient he finds it, lol, he muses it's over--they'll get through this together. Sobbing, Patty groans she lost control. She didn't mean to hurt anyone. She begs Paul not to let anyone take her away great scenes w/ DD & SH today.

Hospital~Jack reveals Patty shot Victor 3 times, the same way she shot him years ago. He seethes the monster Victor created turned on him big time--but Jack praises after Victor was shot, he insisted Jack tend to Colleen don't make him a hero, Jack! Jack muses he found Colleen by the scraps she left behind of her scarf. It led him to the lake, where he saw the canoe overturned & eventually Colleen face-down in the water. Shattered, Jack weeps he did all he could to save her sobs, PB is excellent.

Soon, a doctor joins the family: Colleen is on a ventilator. Traci optimistically says it's temporary, she'll breathe again on her own I really wish, Traci! Traci & Steve go w/ the doc to see Colleen, while another doc informs Nick & Vicki they're waiting for test results on Victor before taking him in for surgery. Meanwhile, they can see him. Abby wants Ashley, but Jack thinks it's best to wait for better news to tell her mother great, something else for Ash to get pissy about.

Ash's room~Still writing, Ash concurs now she knows it was Patty haunting her no, that would be your bestest friend Adam, but Victor couldn't risk her finding out like father/like son. Instead he risked her health & sanity & the baby. Adding she loves him, Ash is saddened she has no faith in him about time! Hearing Dr. Taylor, Ash hides the letter when he comes in. He slyly goads her into taking a sedative & rest oy.

Hospital~Vicki is guilt-ridden she didn't want to see Victor at work & believes they are being punished for being so hard on their dad you've got to be kidding me. Nick believes their father knows they love him, as he loves them. The sibs admit they feel bad for fighting w/ Victor the hell, he deserved to be bitched out & wouldn't trade their family. Vicki whispers to Victor she's sorry :::rme:::.

Down the hall, Traci/Steve sit w/ Colleen. The doctor alerts them to the tests she ordered & states they'll know something soon oh man.

Chapel~Traci/Abby still wish Patty had gotten to her instead! pray as Traci insists to her niece it's not the same as when her father passed. Colleen was found before it was too late oh, Traci. At Colleen's side~Billy blames himself for letting her go to the cabin & begs her to wake up not your fault, kiddo.

Victor's bedside~the doc conveys one of the bullets went through a lung, at minimal damage damn. The other bullets shattered against other organs & fragments are lodged in his heart sigh. When they operate, they'll know the extent of the damage. Victor might not survive the surgery, but he'll die w/o it cool either way IMO, lol.

Victor's bedside~Abby teases Victor she warned him not to stop bullets w/ his chest. Victor weakly smiles she should've reminded him ok, fine--this was cute. Abby hints to Nick/Vicki she should tell her mom & Adam about Victor. Billy agrees to go, but first wants to see Jack. Victor exhales he loves all his kids.

Patty agrees to go w/ Paul, who then calls Chance again, no Wallace *rme*. Chance allows her surrender through the back entrance to the station & asks how long will they be? W/ Jack, JT sighs it's over I really wish it were JT...Jack only wishes Paul had gotten to Patty an hour sooner me too!!

Precinct~Cradling kitty, Patty comes into the station. When Chance reaches for her, Patty fearfully rebukes him. After some coaxing by Paul, Patty leaves w/ Chance to a maximum-security psychiatric hospital. Paul sadly holds unto kitty DD/SH rocked here again.

Ranch~Taylor again insists Ash rest, but keeping her resolve--Ash thanks the doc & advises Adam to mind his business. Adam sulks she's his lifeline, but Ash remarks he's free to do as he pleases; find new friends ROTF! As she takes her luggage out, Ash is stopped cold by Billy--who tells her Colleen was found, but might die & Victor was critically injured. Ash & Billy embrace & I'm sure Ash is staying now--sigh..

Victor's bedside~Victor confesses to his kids he lied to Nikki, he still loves her if only Ash heard this! Vicki always knew it, she sighs. Victor adds he went to find Nikki to tell her, but she left. He implores his kids to tell her how he feels, Vicki assures she will when she comes home. To Nick, she quietly infers they have to find their mom Victor didn't even mention Ash or his "unborn baby"--ouch!

Hospital~remaining hopeful, Traci learns the doctor this lady reminds me of a slightly younger, blonder Sheila Carter ordered a CBF, a test to determine brain activity. Traci stresses there is still hope, as the doc sadly urges the family to prepare for the worst...I really need a hug right now....::cries:: Damn, poor Abbotts!
