And it makes me angry because there was no reason for it, that I can see. No reason beyond a very lame, manipulative attempt at 'redeeming' Victor, I think. Not that it works. It just winds up looking very, very sick and twisted. That the man who caused all of this havoc will live and most likely get the young girl's heart who he killed with his egomaniacal machinations.

The acting has been off the charts, but they didn't have to actually kill Colleen to get that. And I just want to cry everytime I see Colleen laying so still on that bed. Everytime Traci talks to her. Telling her she knows that she's still in there. Her baby. Traci's only baby...gone. There is no justice here. None. And Traci just breaks my heart the way she forces herself to keep hoping and denying the terrible news the doctor is giving her.

I loved that they had to hold Jack back. Not that the poor doctor deserved to be attacked for being the bearer of the horrific news that Victor is gonna be just fine right on the heels of the Abbotts learning that Colleen is brain dead. I felt the same way Jack did. The unfairness and injustice of it. I want Victor to suffer for what he's done. To pay for the lives he's cost and wrecked.

I have to say I loved Billy's reaction to the doctor. Was it fair or right? Probably not. But I found it eminently human in its desperation and denial of what he was hearing. Pushing the doctor right out of the room and telling her she didn't know what the hell she was doing. And I loved his scenes in that room with Mac. It took me a minute to remember who Mac was (LOL) but I loved what Billy was saying. Seeing him struggle with wanting Victor to suffer for what he'd done, but realizing that he was a father to Victoria, Nick and Abby and not wanting them to have to know what if feels like to loose their dad. FamilyBilly is the best Billy of all.

Ashley is a twit of all twits and it was never more apparent than today that she is not, nor has she ever been, a true Abbott. I'm so glad Victor called out for Nikki when she went to see him. Hah. Take that, bitch. Serves you right for being more concerned about the man you KNOW did all of this. You were more upset over the fact that Victor is responsible for killing a dog and knowing he has caused the death of your sister's only child. But there you go. Sparing no effort and speed to run straight to his side. Totally forgetting all those grand words about knowing that Victor always valued his feud with Jack over any feelings he had for you. I knew that was just a high handed crock. Went right out of her head the moment she had to face him. And then, he called for Nikki. Heh. Guess what, Ashley? You never mattered more than Nikki, either. Another lesson you never seem to learn. Dumbass bitch.

And I really wish JT had told Vicki to go straight to hell. Ohhh, now she's oh so sorry, now that her 'rival' is good and dead and isn't a threat anymore. Can she be anymore of her father's daughter? No. Don't answer that. She's heinous enough. TB was great though. I totally bought his heartbreak. I teared up for him. What a waste. JT and Colleen would have been so good again. :(((((

Am I supposed to care about this art mess? Or any of these four idiots? Am I supposed to care that Gloria has no money and Victor's too shot up to pay her for setting Patti loose and killing a young girl? Really Y&R?

All in all...the Abbotts ruled the day. The real Abbotts.

Pam
