How can Adam STILL be on the show?

After ALL of the horrid things he has done to certain residents of Genoa City, how could NO ONE Have caught on by now? Nikki was on the right track but she just unceremoniously, just forgot about it completely!

Now, let`s review Adan`s LONG LIST OF MISDEEDS:

- With Victor presumed dead, his will named Adam NOT Nick and/or Victoris, the new CEO of Newman {nterprises. His first order of business was to fire Nick, Victoria and Neil. Then, Adam renamed the popular ``Beauty of Nature`` cosmetics line to ``Infinity`` (I think that`s what he renamed it but don`t quote me, LOL!!)

-When Victor turned up alive and well, he punished Adam for his tyrannical behavior by disowning him. Feeling betrayed, Adam (with Jack`s help) forged a diary that Victor allegedly wrote confessing to the murder of the man responsible for Victor`s wife Sabrina`s death. Victor was then arrested for murder.

- Adam and Jack`s forged diary was found out and Adam went to prison. Heather broke up with him and he vowed revenge against daddy Victor.

- After some time, Victor took pity on Adam and arranged to have Adam released from prison and instead be under house arrest at the ranch with an ankle monitor to make sure he didn`t leave the grounds.

- We learned that Adam seemed to be going blind like his mother Hope. But, it was revealed that Adam was ibjecting something into his eyes to make it seem as if he was going blind but unfortunately for Adam he REALLY WAS GOING BLIND because of what he injected into his eyes.

- Adam learned Ashley wasvpregnant with Victor`s baby and decided to focus his vengence on Ashley. He began gaslightibg her into thinking Victor`s dead wife, Sabrina was actually alive and warning her to stay away from Victor. He then scared her SO badly that she fell down the stairs and miscarried the baby. But, Adam convinced Ashley that it was only a dream! Then, he had Dr, Taylor, a doctor he is blackmailing examine Ashley and say the baby was fine. Ashley then changed her doctor to Dr. Taylor from Dr. Olivia Winters.
